Beware, the people working at this company are thieves! There are thousands of rental companies, do yourself a favour and skip this one as youll either be robbed or very disappointed. After delivering me a car disgustingly dirty with old fast food and drinks in the backseat, they have also been refusing to return my deposit after 2 months and I have spent over 15,000 aed with them! I do NOT recommend!

Babil car rental company, one of the most prestigious companies that I have dealt with, luxurious cars that you do not get except with them, elegant dealings, car delivery service to and from according to the agreement ,For me I became their customer, and when I wanted to rent a car directly and without hesitation (nothing else, all you have to do is choose the car that suits you and you will get It exceeds your expectations .

One of the worst rental companies I have dealt with, an experience I would not wish on any real person. The beginning is smiles and laughter. After you return the car, you see another face. They drag you to collect the insurance. Very bad manner of dealing, they do not answer calls.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Babil Rent a Car. Their unethical behavior regarding security deposits is deeply concerning. Despite disputing the charges with my bank, they unjustifiably withheld my security deposit of 2000dhs or $543. Furthermore, the Mercedes S class I rented initially appeared visually appealing, but it turned out to be an accident-repaired vehicle. This revelation raised significant concerns about the cars safety and reliability. To make matters worse, Babil Rent a Car has completely stopped responding to my inquiries on WhatsApp. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional and adds to the frustration of dealing with their poor service. In response to these issues, I have taken immediate action by filing a formal complaint with both the Dubai police and the Ministry of Economy. I hope that my complaint will be thoroughly investigated and appropriate action will be taken to address these issues.

Worst ever rent a car company in Dubai. They never returned my deposit even after several months of follow up and eventually blocked my number. The way they interact with their customers is also very disrespectful. Whenever I repeatedly followed up for my deposit, the person said that I am doing drama and eventually stopped replying. Avoid this company at all costs. Would be going to police with all the evidence.

Avoid this company at any cost. Rented car from them in April 2023, they ask damage deposit as transaction, saying that all company works the same way. Never seen my deposit back. Sending all papers to Dubai police and trying to open case. Don not rent from this company. After contacting managers I ve been ask to remover review or I will never see my money. Does it sounds proper business?

Babil Rent Car company does not return damage deposits. Avoid this company at all costs. They want a full transaction for the damage deposit, not a usual preauthorization and then they don t return it via Western Union as they say they would. They say that all companies in Dubai work like that, which is a lie. I don t know how their branch in Sharjah works, but in Dubai they are cheaters. Beware they use WhatsApp for communication, not emails and they can delete or change any message or file any time they want, you need to back up all the conversations with them. Everyone who is not speaking Arabic needs to ask the agreement in English or any other language as they ask you to sign documents that you really don t understand. Also your personal information is not safe with them. I am about to send the documents to Dubai police and to the Consumer complaints services- Ministry of Economy, Department of Economy and Tourism Dubai, and to Consumer Protection Dubai. I think I am one of many victims of these cheaters, please speak up. ******************* Disrespect that Babil Rent Car is showing to their customers is shocking. They responded on WhatsApp that they just totally forgot to send the damage deposit and they want me to change my review. That s why the manager wants to talk to me, that s how they got these 5 star reviews that one can see here: you get your deposit back only if you write a good review. You must send the deposit back with itemized charges so that I can verify them. The car was returned back with no damages and in good condition. The only charges that can be applied are the highway tolls. Keep in mind all this information will be sent to Dubai police and to the authorities anyway and they will verify the information. This business needs to be closed because it damages the reputation of such country like UAE and creates problems to the customers.
