Staff was very rude, and did not explain to us where we were or what we were doing. They kept trying to sell us stuff every two minutes. The dune bashing was good and fun, but it lasted maximum 7 minutes. Then we got taken to another camp, which was a 25 minute drive away, but nobody told us that. At the camp , we were the first ones to arrive, and they told us to wait 2-3 hours for the place to fill up with other people. We asked to go back to our car to get a jacket because it was cold, and they said they could not take us back to our car, and we could not leave. The guy in charge of us, a big dude from Manchester was not very polite. Since nobody wanted to take us back to our car, and we were freezing, we had to escape and walk back on our own. We trekked for 30 minutes throughout the desert back and forth. The camel ride was fine, but it lasted less than 2 minutes. The sandboarding was a complete scam. A guy who looked like he didn t want to be there took us to the shortest and nastiest dune he could find and grumpily hurried us unto the sand board. After 4 turns it was over. It wasn t even a proper sand board, and we had to ride it sitting down. Watching the sunset from the desert was nice and memorable. When the camp filled up, we were given snacks. The snacks and drinks were fine for what we paid. Then, we had a dinner buffet which was quite delicious, filling, and plentiful. There were over 10 dishes to choose from, but the meat was rationed. We watched some shows as we ate, which were nice. The entire dinner lasted maybe 15 minutes. Immediately after dinner time was over, we were hurried out by Manchester man into a van to take us back to our car. I hadn t even finished eating my dinner, but the guy said if I didn t leave now I wouldn t be able to get a ride later. I stuffed my mouth with food and hurried because they guys were getting angry that I wasn t leaving quick enough.

This company took one of the best views for the desert, as the hill is high and looking very beautiful in pictures or selfies, but it will be more attractive if the manager and the owner are more friendly to the person who just came and wants to make pictures when they do not want to rent the motorcycle

A beautiful place. We had a very enjoyable time. The place is crowded, God willing, and the atmosphere is wonderful. There is a garden and some animals Thanks go to Mr. Ibrahim, the place manager, for his elegant treatment and son of Osool

Disappointing. Just following tracks on the sand. Not going up or down any dune. Slow pace. No thrill, or adrenaline. After 30 min the guide was about to finish, had to clarify we booked for 1hr, so the remaining 30min was just going in circles near the shop. Disappointing.
