We Stayed in Elite Residence Dubai Marina and the Penthouse was amazing with beatuiful view of palm Jumeirah island ,pool ,gym and perfect view of Burj Al Arab from master bedroom. Mohd Shanu was a excellent Guest Relations manager, Caring , attentive and very prompt always ready with high standard of customer service. Definitely we will come back to book it.

Never book an apartment in Damac Maison Prive from that company ! The apartment is infested with cockroaches. In response to my repeated requests to return my money so that I could leave this apartment. They answered that they would not return the money! Their property was average ... Theres no proper coordination as to the time frame for cleaning, they clean the apartment and change beddings ones every 2 to 3week. They will provide u with the basic consumables. My agent went on vacation and failed to relay to the team that, i will be extending my stay. They booked my apartment to another client and was informed within a short notice to leave. This is the worst position to be bearing in mind i am new to UAE. Luckily i got a space near by.... . Management can do more...

We booked an apartment in Dubai Marina Iris Blue. Wonderful view from the apartment, wonderful balcony, spacious apartment and has everything you need. But of course there are small disadvantages, the apartment requires cosmetic repairs, traces of use are very visible, some door handles are broken, the toilet lid is broken. Little things: no capsules for the dishwasher, only 2 towels, if you go to the beach, then of course this is not enough. During our stay, the swimming pool in the house was not working, it was no one s fault, but it was still a small minus for us. Overall a very nice apartment with a great view and very spacious! Good location, metro and tram close. Thank you very much!

The apartment was very beautiful, beautiful, clean, with a wonderful view of Dubai Marina from two sides, both from the bedroom and from the living room. Metro 5 minutes on foot. Shops within easy reach, Dubai Martina Mall just a 20 minute walk along Marina Bay. Apartment fully equipped, kitchen, appliances, washing machine. Definitely recommend 10/10. We stayed 7 nights in an apartment with a fantastic location. There were endless restaurants along Marine Gate, good opportunities to rent bicycles and electric scooters and taxis. The apartment was tidy and great, with a good view. We often made use of the pool that you have access to. Very good service and fantastic view from the poolside.

We stayed at mag 318 residential tower, the location was great and near the mall. The apartment had many corrupted items and when we informed our host the reply was , yes I know that. Apart from that, the unacceptable thing was a pee smell when you were entering the room, most probably coming from the filthy carpet next to our bed!! Once we told the host about the pee smell, he said he will check what he can do , and guess what , he did nothing at all !! Apart from that within our 5 nights stay we saw by luck in the elevator an announcement stating that for 2 days in a row we must not use the water from 8am - 5pm as they will do some chemical cleaning and the water will be dangerous for us, nobody informed us about that !! we saw it by luck in one of the elevators and asked the reception which said yes please don t use the water. Totally unprofessional.

First of all, the location of the house is very good, 15 minutes walking distance to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Apart from that, the staff is friendly and the kettle broke down while we were at home, and when I asked for a new one, they took care of it and brought it back. A Nightmare Stay - One Star My recent experience with Airbnb was nothing short of a nightmare. From the get-go, the property exhibited a laundry list of issues a non-functional kitchen due to missing gas, curtains and bathroom holders falling off, and a bed that could double as a torture device. The privacy breach was appalling; the host insisted on receiving our passports via WhatsApp, a clear violation of privacy and GDPR regulations. As if that wasnt enough, a 1500 AED deposit was taken (with a receipt) and never returned, despite promises from the elusive service agent. Attempts to seek assistance were met with unfulfilled promises and blatant disregard for our concerns. The service agents consistent tardiness put our deposit at risk, making us question the security of our funds. To add insult to injury, the keycard provided didnt work, and we were wrongly blamed for breaking it. The host insisted we pay 350 AED for a new one, despite us being certain we handled it with care.

Stayed for 4 days, the place is clean and the location is everything. There is a parking service which was highly important to me, the rooms are specious and there is 3 toilets in the apartment and fully functioning kitchen. The grocery at the building will make your life easier . Points needs improvement: the sink at one of the toilets needs maintenance as the water was taking too long to resolve. The wifi signal is a little bit weak. There is no cleaning service during your stay .

I actually Booked a 2 bedroom appartement and stayed there with my family for 7days. Over 200 restaurants were accessible from the location. Carrefour Supermarket just a 2-3 minutes walk along the Marina. The apartment was an absolute Gem with spectacular view of the Marina skylines . Very clean, safe and came with parking. The apartment had 2 balconies, the one with outdoor furniture gave partial view of the iconic Dubai AIN Wheel. The metro station was within walking distance. The host really went above and beyond to make sure my stay in Dubia was a success. The owner even helped obtaining a tourist visa to the UAE. We just have to pay a fee and provide the requested documents in timely manner. The company had a security deposit for incidental but was fully refunded before checkout. The apartment had a few minor cosmetic issues like difunctional window blinds and a water heater issue in the kitchen but, the owner promised to address that at his earliest convenience . I can go on and on with my review and experience with VACAY LETTINGS it s a very reliable company! Feel free to book your next vacation with them.

Positives: Staff is amazing. Flat is clean and looks like at photos. Even noise from construction in front of the flat was not a serious problem. Large balcony with furniture and partial view to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Channel (partial - because of construction in front of the you balcony) is also good point. Negatives: The biggest problem is a soundproofing of the flats front door . Emirates guys are mostly nightbirds so be prepared that you cannot fall to sleep earlier that 2am, otherwise, youll be woken up by conversations, slamming doors and elevator signals which are very loud. My personal rate is : 4 from 5 because of noise

It was an amazing experience.. I was visiting Dubai for the first time and this place was right in the middle of everything right on the Dubai Canal and a nice view of Burj from Balcony. Property is very secure and staff was very cordial. Infact the apartment is better than what it looks like in the pics. Great apartment in the perfect location on the Marina. The view was amazing, and there were lots of restaurants and shops close within walking distance. Sabeeh was amazing, very accommodative, flexible and provided some great insights into the local area. The only downside was that the apartment was starting to show signs of wear and tear.

I have seen good and worse apartments in Dubai every year since 2015.. but I want to emphasize that the vacation starts first with the service staff, I give 10 stars to the staff that after a long separation everything was smoothly organized and quickly accommodated in a 10-star apartment! Beautiful view from the balcony, the balcony is very big, which is very important to me on vacation, she wants to feel at home, I recommend this apartment! Recommendations

The position is just in the heart of Downtown, just next to the Address Fountain Views and Dubai Mall. It s so convenient for me to go to Dubai Mall every day without 5 minutes. And you can see the Burj Khalifa Tower View just in the balcony and from the bedroom as well. Amazing night view!! Highly recommend!!!

Both Sabeeh and Jasy were very good hosts, they were literally just a call away. Any issues they would be straight on it. Would defo recommend. The price you pay is well worth the view! Burj Khalifa view right outside our balcony was just amazing! Miss it already

I have stayed with Vacay Lettings and theirService is top class. Flexible checkout and check in which is a bit of a relief for a frequent traveller, and the best cost effictive properties in Dubai. Have the best amenities a property can fit in, their WiFi is extremely fast(last property I stayed in was at 290/90Mbps), their linen is top quality(am allergic to mites-especially dust motes and have never had a problem at their properties whereas even in other extremely high end properties they are a bit of hit and miss) and they are very responsive. Ask for Sabeeh, he is a wonderful property manager. To Vacay Lettings Kudos, I would have done a 10/05 if possible. Keep it up.

Great location and apartment. You can get taxis out front pretty much anytime. only 12 AED taxi to dubai mall. Small grocery store across the street. Living room converts into a 2nd bedroom with panel folding wall for privacy. Great pool and gym amenities. Host is quick to respond and checkin and out was seamless. Highly recommended

I was looking for a place near Dubai Mall to stay with family when we were in a vacation in Dubai two weeks in May 2022. Was recommended the Burj Vista Tower 1 by a friend. Decided to go ahead and make the booking. Received the confirmation and location details we went there straight from the airport were able to get an early check in. We were met by their representative Jessy who took us upto 1408 and wow the view was a surprise. Never seen such a view of the Burj Khalifa. The three bedroom apartment was on floor 14 and not only could we see the Burj Khalifa really close we could also enjoy the Fountain show and see most of it really well. The apartment was spacious very well maintained spotless clean linen and towels garbage bin and bins in all wash rooms ironing board, washing machine stand for drying clothes, cutlery . Centralised gas overall top rated home infra two TVs one a home theatre type. Children enjoyed it as they had space to run around within the part Ent and also the pool and play are at level 2. I would say - Excellent Apartment with every facility you would want - excellent well maintained clean linen and towels - enough toilets and bathrooms - over all a great experience
