Terrible Experience - Unreliable and Unprofessional Reading through the comments looks like a lot of guests already faced the same terrible experience with this company They have a very unprofessional called Uzair, try to avoid him if you have work with this company His job i believe is to try to deduct as much money as he can from the security deposit in a very unprofessional and cheap way The apartment got flooded due to their bad maintenance, causing thousands of Derham loses for my personal items. I asked for a spare parking access card and i was Ok with the cost but it took their team 4 WEEKS to issue that (as per the building its a 5 min job) but again the team are really shockingly slow and unresponsive and i had to park outside the building as i didnt have access to the apartment parking Terrible Experience and never again

I had a very disappointing experience with Truebleu Vacation Homes during my 2-month stay in the Azizi Riviera community Building 25. There was a leakage under the sink that persisted for several days, and despite multiple complaints, they claimed it was the building managements responsibility, which made no sense. Moreover, they failed to pay for the WiFi, even though I was paying them a comprehensive amount, including all bills. After numerous messages and calls, during which their representative was quite rude, they finally paid it, but this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. To top it off, they unfairly deducted 544 AED from my deposit, claiming it was for stains on the bedsheets and blankets due to hair color and food. They promised to send invoices from the cleaning company but never did. I absolutely do not recommend renting from this company. The service was unprofessional, and the way they handled maintenance, billing, and deposit deductions was unacceptable.

Can definitely not recommend this company! After advising them that I needed a place for 6 months I repeatedly had to put up with them asking if the owner could come round to show the apartment to a friend! They lied blatantly as the apartment was for sale, after promising me that it was not! After 2 months I was told to move out as it had been sold! I then had to move out the day before month end, as I apparently only paid for 30 days, not 1 month, 31 days in this case! The apartment was also dirty, smelly and very poor facilities in terms of cutlery, crockery, glassware! I was then charged AED 300 for cleaning, after I left it cleaner than I found it! Also the new owner, who also came round to view it said it was going to be refurbished, so no cleaning would be necessary!

Stayed at one of their apartment in JVC for 10 months. If you want to live stress free, then I advise to throughly check out other companies. I had to extend for one day due after staying 10 months due moving issues, they didnt consider an extension of one day for a client who stayed at their apartment for 10 months, they threatened me with shutting down the DEW A (electricity) to forcefully move me out. When I told them that I know the law and they would be in deep trouble for doing so, they reconsidered to not do it. Even though they already knew it is illegal to do so. Poor Maintenance, poor customer serivce, highly dont recommend based on my personal experience. They requested commision of AED 2,000, but in contract it was mentioned AED 500 only. So many things going on... Lastly, they are finding lame excuse for damages to not refund the security deposit.

Worst vacation rental company I have ever had to deal with in Dubai, agents communicate in a rude way, if something happens in the apartment and is their responsibility -you have to wait for ever my deposit was not returned -they blaimed me of damaging the sofa which was damaged before me , damaged part was covered by some fabric and I discovered it in a couple of days from my move in and I spoke to the company representative-it didn t matter to them after my move out -they just wanted to hold the money. Do NOT rent from them -poor quality service and you can not trust this company Now the reply from Trueblue vacation was added -it doesn t reflect real situation -the damage which was claimed on me was in the apartment before my rent -it was not noted. The company was notified about the date of my departure but their representative didn t come for a final check. Yes, I lost one access card during last days; I should have had 2 access cards -I had only one from the beginning and second one was never given. The reply from these guys only shows how manipulative they are. Stay away from this vacation rental

The worst rental company I have ever dealt with!! I have had a terrible experience! When I arrived the apartment was not cleaned well, windows stained and vases were stuck to the bedside table. Bed pillow covers were torn and the drains in sink stunk. There were roaches in the apartment as well!! The balcony state was abysmal!! They did not even bother to even dust the table or remove the sand! They did send a cleaning service and sprayed the apartment for roaches but I kept seeing the roaches till the last day I stayed there. To top it all of, they took 200 AED from my deposit (as stated on contract, for deep cleaning after I left! If their deep cleaning service was worth 200AED then I would not have had a dirty apartment when I arrived! Some of the agents were rude when I got upset!! One of the agents asked me to meet him at the lobby so he can return my money and was actually not there, and I had to wait 15 minutes for him to show up and rudely spoke to when I stated that!! The bedsheet sets they kept sending after comparing were also torn!! I won t be using this company to rent at all and even though they offered to lower the rent so I can stay on I refused. I do not recommend at all!!

One of the worst rental homes we have ever seen in dubai not well maintained and mismanaged by the employees. During rain the entire apartment was flooded and maintenance we had worst stay ever is worst they didn t give any contract and later when we left deducted unnecessary money from deposit. When dubai was hit by rain and hole dubai was flooded they didn t bother to give some extra hourse of stay we felt really unheart specially Abishesk who was in management team, he and his team was really rude. I would recommend find some other place.

The worst place for staycation homes.. Very irresponsible management.. I complaint several times regarding the bad smell in the apartment (smells like a animals farm). But no responsible as far.. Also low maintenance of the furnitures. When asked for checking, no body shows up. Very important thing difficult to claim the deposit money after check out.

Worst holiday home company I ever dealt with. Apartment filled with pests, leakage from the A/C, Terrible smell in the buildings entrance and hallways, semi-functioning elevators, dirty floors and hallways, constant fire alarms even late at night, neighbors cooking smell inside the apartment, and very very bad customer service. The host is super rude, dishonest, unprofessional and disingenuous. And to add to all they refuse to give me my deposit back claiming I did damage (stained) the Sofa and burnt a cushion (I dont smoke inside the house). Host said he will provide video proof of the apartment before renting it to us and vanished with the money ever since. Stay away like from fire.
