Great 6 night stay right beside Dubai Mall in Fashion Avenue Residences. View of Burj Khalifa and downtown Dubai from the 24th floor was amazing. The pool was enormous, perfect for lap swimming and the gym was much better than most hotel gyms. Ms Madhuri made it all very easy, check in was fast and easy and the apartment was spotless and in great condition. Having Waitrose in Dubai Mall next door made an apartment stay the best choice. Great value.

Despite the hassle we encountered with the room - it needed continuous maintenance during the first week we were there, we found our stay to be quite comfortable. The view from this appt is amazing, specially when you lie down on the bed and still have the same view.. feels amazing. The appt was clean and had necessary stuff for three people. I stayed for 1 night in one of their studios in business bay to attend a nearby awards ceremony. The studio had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke, the bedding smelt of the smoke too and there was no sheet on the mattress. It was a very disappointing stay. The smell was so bad it affected my dress for the event. The team are very unhelpful and unresponsive. They made no efforts to move me to an alternative studio and are no longer responding to me. Extremely unprofessional.

There was a lovely view from the balcony overlooking the canal and swimming pool below. Location is excellent and taxi always readily available. From start to finish, everything was perfect, and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Firstly, I was impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the apartment. We had an amazing stay at Ocean Heights 73rd floor apartment with breathtaking view from the balcony on Palm Jumeirah and Marina Beach. The apartment is very comfortable located in a luxurious residential building. Great location, 1minute from tram station and 15 min walking from Dubai Marina, supermarkets just crossing the road.

We stayed in Maison Prive and it is amazing! Building is nice, the best pool and fitness too. Our host Prem is very kindly and help us when we slammed the door card The surroundings of the building are also great and it is a 5 minute drive to Burj Khalifa. Thank you again!

As this was the first time in Dubai, the apartment was modern, clean and spacious. The self-catering aspect was a bonus, however there were lots of restaurants, cafes, bars and local supermarket had everything we needed. Access to Metro and close proximity to Marina Mall, meant we could explore. The beach is not far and the accommodation was key to our enjoyment of Dubai. Everyone in our group liked the views, and agreed the experience was amazing. We would say the JLT - Cluster C has everything you need for a FAB holiday. Thank you to Prem - all went smoothly. We wished we could have stayed longer. Another trip is on the cards - watch this space!

We loved our stay in this private apartment. Based on the following: Facilities are new, the apartment is well equipped and clean- good if you have your family and children. Staff members (Mr Prem & Ms Anna) are accommodating and responsive in all inquiries and provides their clear instructions. The apartment view is fascinating got the full view of the fountain- exactly in the photos they posted. Peaceful and quiet place. We will definitely recommend and surely to come again.
