while I booking with them , they request a separately charge of 100 AED for pet fee through airbnb request payment feature. And they mentioned it is refundable same as the refund T&C they listed. My plan has changed so I have to cancel my booking, they explained that they cant refund the 100 due to the booking is closed as canceled, so they asked and got already my bank detail to process the refund on 27th Jun. ( I canceled on 21th around), Agent Akshay seem helping, but result is keep delayed, till now I didnt receive the refund. now i dont receive reply and they dont answer my calls . Hope my experience can help you while you making decision. Want to update the incident here to be fairness and transparency , after I search on google the company info with the office number, i made call and the reception helped to passed my complaint to the manager Farid, he explained the internal management issue and solved the refund for me ( not 100 but 79 , after deduct some service fee maybe , did not get detail explanation) ; I wish Status holiday improve better and better, and hope my experience sharing can help others

Great experience as a landlord with Status Holiday Homes. If you are a landlord and looking to short lease your apartment, I suggest you to contact them. Very happy with the service, increased rental income and beside that, I have an opportunity to use an apartment for myself or family when they are visiting, not tied into long term contracts and can access the property. Highly recommended!
