Super shady Dubai based rental company. Received a cancelation within 24 hrs of arrival and unwilling to refund our fully paid stay. I would not advise anybody to get involved with these people. Pure scam.

What do you expect for a price of 6000 AED for 10 days in an apart-hotel? Clean rooms, free room service, and nice furniture, right? Simply Comfort has none, and it s BY FAR the worst experience I ve ever had in any type of accommodation. Dirty, discolored, and cracked walls, broken drawers, constantly dripping air conditioner, cracked cupboards, no room service without an additional cost, disfunctional security, a toilet that doesn t flush properly, a sink that s installed backwards, missing amenities (not even a hair dryer), cheap, creaky furniture, and a TERRIBLE ant infestation. This is the most nightmarish experience a human can experience and the fact that it s very expensive is disgusting. Every wall in the apartment is dirty, discolored, and cracked. It looks like they haven t repainted or had any maintenance done in over ten years. The air conditioner in each room constantly drips everywhere underneath it and the part of the wall around each air conditioner is terribly dirty. To get your room cleaned, you need to pay 350 AED which is completely unacceptable for the price of the rooms. The security at the gate lets you in no matter what room number you give. I came back to the room once and accidentally told the security at the gate the wrong room number and he still let me in. When I asked how he checks if I am staying here all he said was uhhh. One of the toilets in my apartment couldn t flush because the toilet wouldn t release water fast enough so a siphon wasn t created, which didn t allow anything in the toilet to flush out. One of the sinks in the bathrooms was even installed backwards so when you turn the sink to the side that the red is on, it makes it cold, and when you turn it to the side that the blue is on, it makes it hot. There s not even a hair dryer provided. Most pieces of furniture look very cheap and are terribly creaky. The WORST part of everything is the ant infestation, there are ants EVERYWHERE, and I mean EVERYWHERE. Please stay as far as you can from this place, and DO NOT COME HERE EVER. THERE ARE PLENTY OF HOTELS AND APARTMENTS THAT ARE THOUSANDS OF TIMES BETTER THAN THIS TERRIBLE PLACE. I came to Dubai for a vacation and this place made me miss my home country.

The over all experience is amazing and my family is so happy.The staff are very accommodating especially Mr Zeeshan morning shift and Mr Ghost night shift. Their are very helpful and provided excellent customer service. Thank you so much for treating us like your family.

Its a beautiful place ~ The Palm is stunning. BUT ~ at a premium price, Simply Comfort Suites should be providing a premium living experience. 1. Gym 2 has NO functional cardio equipment (2 treadmills and 1 eliptacle, and none of it works). (Gym 1 is functional, but small) 2. ANTS everywhere in the room. Even after cleaning. I wouldnt mind one or two ants, but a whole infestation is not OK. For the whole duration of our stay. 3. Cockroach on my door (gross). 4. My kids noodle floats got taken from outside our door in the space of less than a day... at 4 and 2 years old, they cant swim well without them, so no more pool for us either... there are no other facilities for children other than a pool and the beach, too hot during the day but no swimming after 7pm... so kind of stuffed either way. The worst part: at no point were we offered any compensation. We were given the following option: 1. Move rooms after one becomes available (packing up then unpacking all over again, just me and my 2 young children - nightmare). 2. Constantly sending cleaners to our room... Inconvenient and fruitless, since the ants seem to enjoy a clean apartment. Anyway, think twice before booking. Insist on a clean room. And dont expect any money back ... they wont give it.

A furnished apartment. Spacious and well decorated. Beds and sofa beds are not really comfortable but okay. Parking was an issue at first but got sorted out. Location wise is okay. Facilities like swimming pool market and gym were available and so the access to the beach. There were few issues I didn t like about this place but that is more of a personal thing than anything else.

The experience is great, the location is great, there are many accommodation options, and the prices are reasonable. An important note: Always book the period you are going to sit for the first time, because when extending the extension, new prices will appear and you will be told the season, vacation, and other such things.

The mattress are solid as a rock, there is food smell in the AC plus its not cooling enough. For room cleaning you need to pay 350 or clean it by yourself. When I paid 5000 something I didnt expect this kind of service. I can rate the resort 1 or 2 stars. The parking is narrow and sometimes there is no parking. The furniture is cheep the bedding is below the standard, Im so disappointed. The swimming pool is not private as upper apartments can see you. I dont recommend the place for anyone with 5000 AED you can have luxury experience in any other hotel in Dubai but not Simply Comfort where is nothing comfort.

My one-night stay at the one-bedroom apartment in Palm Jumeirah was a delightful surprise. The bedroom was a haven of tranquility, with a comfortable bed and soft linens that ensured a restful nights sleep. I particularly appreciated the small touches like the bedside lamp and extra blankets, which added to the homely feel of the space. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and a convenience store in the building. I enjoyed taking a leisurely stroll along the promenade and soaking in the beautiful views of the Palm Jumeirah coastline. The building itself was well-maintained, with friendly staff who were always on hand to assist with any queries or requests. While it may not have all the bells and whistles of a luxury hotel, it more than made up for it with its charm and warmth. Beautiful place! Chic, spacious room with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Modern design, comfortable furniture. But the most important thing is the great location, stunning views, very cozy hotel area. The room is perfect and clean. A very pleasant surprise were the drinks and snacks from Simply comfort. And in general, excellent communication with the Simply team makes the holiday really easy and comfortable. I also want to note that the store on the ground floor is a very cool bonus. You can buy absolutely everything, I can t even believe how much fits in such a small store. It is rightfully called a super market. In general, only positive impressions. Thanks to the Simply comfort team.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Simply Comfort Suites in Sarai Palm Jumeirah, and it was an experience I ll never forget. As soon as I arrived, I was struck by the stunning water views of the Palm in Dubai. It felt like I had stepped into a postcard! The suite was beyond comfortable. It was like my little slice of paradise, with cozy furnishings and all the modern amenities I could ask for. Waking up to the gentle sounds of the water and the soft glow of the Dubai sun was heavenly. What really made my stay special were the people. The staff at Simply Comfort Suites were so welcoming and attentive. They had this amazing way of being there whenever I needed something, without being intrusive. Their recommendations for local dining and attractions were spot on! The location of the suites is a huge plus. It s perfectly situated to enjoy the tranquility of the Palm while still being close enough to dive into the excitement of Dubai whenever the mood strikes. Simply Comfort Suites was like finding a home away from home. It was comfortable, beautiful, and just what I needed. I can t wait to go back!
