I had a lovely stay at the Gardenia Livings by Safe that I booked through AirBnB. Although there was a small issue that I was not able to get the apartment that I originally planned on getting (due to building management) but Mr. Vishal was able to fix the issue and moved me to a better location.

Im a landlord and have been with Prime stay for two years. I am disappointed with Prime stay for the following reasons: 1. Lack of booking and revenue for the landlords: there is absolutely no proactive management of the property and the team just blames the market by saying too many holiday homes. But they dont even give feedback to the landlords so that shows lack of care for the clients. My apartment is on the emaar Beachfront and it was supposed to be one of the best destinations with private beach access but 0 bookings from Airbnb or booking.com so far, which shows that they are not actively adjusting the prices or promoting the business. If they cant attract a booking for this location, where else they can? 2. I do not think they deserve such high ratings based on a true landlords experience. They have asked me to take down a unsatisfactory rating before but once the review is down they just carry on with the same poor services with no improvement. 3. I had a very poor experience with them when a guest didnt pay the last installment and fled the country. It was all very intransparent as to what really happened and effectively the guests managed to pay a long term price for a short term stay (at the best seasons) leaving the landlord worse off. I am really disappointed with Prime stay as a holiday management company.

Stayed at the Place Residence unit 2812, Amazing apartment, amazing view of the Habor creek, very clean apartment. cant ask for more during my 8 days stay at this apartment. The check in and check out consiage was so professional and helpful with navigating the area. I didnt get to use the swimming pool, but thier gym i well equioed for my worlut needs. I booked a room for half a month on a business trip to Dubai. The location is very good, very close to dubai mall, you can see the beautiful scenery in every room of the house, you can see the Dubai Fountain in the living room, the items in the house are very new, there is no trace of use. They offer very nice rooms with a view and they are accessible to nearby convenient stores when you are in need of something. The rooms come with basic necessities like shampoo, soap, towels etc. The vacation homes are very comfortable, and the beds are no doubt, very comfy, to ensure you get a great nights rest before you go out and explore. I would highly recommend choosing Prime Stay if you want to reside in a vacation home for your stay in Dubai. No doubt a very a great choice.

Overall great and professional experience. Rented a 2 bedroom from them for 2 months in Dubai creek harbour ( harbour gate tower 2) and the flat was very clean , had all amenities we needed. First few days we had some issues with the washing machine which was replaced after a few phone calls. Deposit was also refunded about 10 days after we left and on time. Overall highly recommend prime stay and would happily book with them again.

Truly enjoyed my stay at Marina Vista in Dubai Harbour. The location was perfect to attend the Dubai International boat Show and to get around the city. PrimeStay has handled my booking and queries in prompt manners. The apartment was beautifully designed with a minimalist feel and harmony of colours through the space. Facilities were top notch. Where should I start First of all, an overpriced old smelly apartment far away from Dubai There was hardly any response to inquiries or complaints - After the rain we had huge water damage in the house and had to leave a week beforehand - So now the best part - Cecil just explained to me Apparently we do. Cigarettes left holes in the curtains on the sofas etc Destroyed the flying grid We had to use the towels for the floor because the house had water damage after the rain - and we are charged for that? I should have let their house sink - then came a stupid list of things about how we used the bed linen, the pillows were covered and the duvets were stained!!!! Sorry for using the bed, didnt think we would just use it to look at so much money for nothing. Use Oh yes - kitchens are dirty and moldy to the point that it doesnt work anymore - Dont want to pay a deposit or spend the week because of the water For me this is fraud!!! And numerous reviews write the same thing Hands off !!!!!!

DO NOT contract with this company, for below reasons : 1: They never give you back your security deposit and at the end even the problems which there was from beginning they will calculate as a new Item with high price! 2: Fire alarm is always keep alarming even in the midnight, and after getting your money never response 3: the most rude staff i have seen in my life! for the beginning on contract dates they always available BUT after contract they never response! 4: they equipped the flat with the most cheapest stuff but they put the price in the contract as a original like HERMES brand! 5: if you call them regarding problem for any small problems which is their responsibility to fix them, they never tell you first but on check out date they will charge you double for that! NEVER EVER recommend this company

I wouldnt recommend it at all. The customer service representative, Sabina, is extremely slow and unprofessional. It takes forever for her to reply, and even then, she only answers when you bug her about it. I believe if you booked a room with them, trying to get your deposit back would be a nightmare too. And Ive seen other guests complaining about the same stuff.

I have been living in Prime Views for almost a year now through Prime Stay Vacation Homes. I am very satisfied with the service, especially with the service of Mr. Arshad, who works as the concierge for PrimeStay He is very helpful, always easy to reach when needed and flexible. I have never had any problems with him, quite the opposite. I havent come across anyone else whos service is as amazing as his. The building is nice, in a quiet area, 10 minutes from downtown.
