We had a fantastic stay at Botanica in the Marina. Excellent location . Really nice apartment. Beautiful and bright with fantastic views. We arrived late in Dubai , however one of the team (Munawar) waited for us at the apartment. It was early hours when we arrived. I would definitely recommend this apartment and most definitely use again . I have family in Dubai and have stayed in many places , this by far was the best and very affordable. 10/10. Well done Premium stays ! pool and gym also very clean

Booked a room for three nights in Burj vista with them Totally worth it. Awesome Location and Breath taking Burj khalifa view, Super clean apartment, Their customer service is impeccable. I have nothing but praises for their service because I honestly left more relaxed than Id arrived. At all times I felt like a valued guest. Highly recommended to everyone..

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment with a full Burj Khalifa view. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, making my experience even better. The price is definitely worth it for the quality and comfort provided. I will be recommending Premium Stats Vacation homes to our friends. Thank you so much to the staff for making my stay memorable!
