I don t recommend going there they gonna steal your insurance money by the former resident damaged we take picture for the cards and the keys yet they say missing one keycard and it cost 350 AED also when I try to check out they say this is our off days like there is no weekend days worker

Ma pire expérience est avec cette agence en effet je suis passé par airbnb et j ai eu un hôte qui se nomme RIM qui est vraiment impolie hôte qui nous raccroche au nez et nous demande carrément de quitter le logement si on est pas content qui nous harcèle par message oh my good elle sort d où cette dame où est la notion de respect envers les clients !!!

I ve been staying at one of ONOFF s properties for over a year now and the level of service, attention to detail and overall maintenance is amazing. No matter the time of day I always get a great response, the team/staff are friendly, diligent and respectful and I ve not had any issues whatsoever. I m so glad I found ONOFF and looking forward to hopefully staying with them for longer!
