I had the most amazing stay at Marco Polo Holiday Homes! The apartment at 29 Boulevard was everything I hoped for beautiful, clean, and perfectly located. What really made the experience stand out was the incredible staff. They were so generous and attentive throughout my stay, making me feel completely at home. A special thank you to the manager, Fajr, who was always available and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. My family had a wonderful stay in the Marco Polo apartment at the Bahar 4 Marina in Aug 23. The apartment was near the JB and Marina walk (5 min walk or even less). The apartment was a bit tired, but clean and with good views. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Khalid from Marco Polo met us when we arrived, showed the apartment and explained neighborhood. He stayed in contact for all the time and helped us a lot with advices when we needed them. Recommended.

Right, its time to say good things since this company literally deserves this! Got my booking confirmed within 1 hour maximum. All information sent over the whatsapp, confirmation and all other details. When arrived, apartment was just cleaned fully (literally just 2 minutes before I arrived) for me and my family. Adnan was amazing, always answering within minutes and reacting swiftly, which made my stay even more enjoyable! I stayed at Damac Hills / Golf Terrace apartment for a month, and communication with Adnan was always on its best! Also, deposit was returned straightaway after reviewing the apartment and without any hassle! Long story short - thank you Marco Polo team and Adnan for all your amazing work! A beautiful place worth trying. The view is amazing over Dubai Marina and the yacht marina. It was a very beautiful week All services are available, including restaurants, supermarkets, salons, etc. The apartment is very clean and contains all services. Worst stay! I stayed in an apartment that i booked for 2 months, after 1 month they came and said I have to checkout within some hours because the owner is coming back unexpectedly! I refused to leave the apartment as I didn t have another option and also paid already for the second month. Then they offered me to move into another building with a bigger and nicer apartment instead. I agreed. When I arrived to the new apartment I found out its a filthy old building and I m having cockroaches in the apartment. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company

We stayed at a well located and exceptionally clean 2 bedroom apartment in Bahar 4 on JBR Walk. All rooms have naturally light. You are also located right near a pharmacy and a super market. You get a great (well almost great) view of the Dubai Eye. It has all the amenities youd need, in the kitchen, TV with streaming, WiFi, air con, a dining area, and all the electronic appliances youd need in a home rental. It has a reserved parking, although I did not use it. Special mention - Our host, Khalid, was very courteous and walked us in and showed us around. He was also present during our departure. The photographs and description of this listing are genuine, unlike those posted by other apartment management companies. So beware of other property management companies and their apartments!

It was our very first time we stayed in a property managed by Marco Polo and we had a great time. We picked an apartment with a fabulous view over JBR and it completely changed our experience. The apartment itself was nicely decorated, clean and right across the beach and all the other amenities. Zakir helped us to get comfortable and was flexible with our requests. If there were 0 star, I would have given that. Their services are very bad. The staff is very rude and the apt is not clean, when called the team they were very rude, they were misbehaving with us. We asked for refund and then they threatened by saying do whatever you want you wont get any money back, you are facing problems and not us. I recommend not to use their services or you will regret your decision of going with them.
