UPDATED; Fake listings (Have now re-named LUXE Signature From LUXE PREMIUM - STILL USING SAME IMAGES and Agents) Fake prices Called today Shahryar (probably the least helpful person I ve spoken to in 9 years of being in the uae) Price advertised 4699 - told me it would be 8000 as there was taxes and amenities, when I asked how the tax and charges were 3301 extra he simply kept saying this is the price this is the price. Asked for a break down as the cost has almost doubled I was dismissed, I politely asked again why the charges were so high and what was the 3301 for I was once again dismissed.

I stayed in MYKA Residence at Dubai Production City My experience at the Luxe premium holiday home was absolutely amazing. I have to admit that it was better than the 5-star hotel. The apartment was super clean, the building was amazing, the amenities were amazing, and it was quiet. Especially, the swimming pool on the rooftop. Also, Luxe followed up with me a few times to make sure everything went well, which I really appreciated. I highly suggest using Luxe Premium Holiday Home.

Dont believe the fake positive reviews below. This company Luxe Premium Holiday Homes LLC not only scams its renters with fake cleaning costs (old stains on sofa from previous renters are being charged to the next customer) but also the home owners who leave their homes to manage by them. Just check the posts on Reddit and you will find more victims of this scam company. Do not believe them, and if you do complain with AirBNB they give the benefit to the management company because its their revenue cow. ALWAYS MAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS OF ALL STAINS / DEFECTS, if you do not do this, you will be faced with a ghost cleaning/repair charge which they will never use to actually clean/repair. AVOID!

Dear, we use Luxe Management as holiday home to run our apartment at Shoba heartland under one year ! Results very low turnover 40% of the expectation & many hidden fees ! The worst is the handover of the apartment with very bad conditions with all missing items All the singed Documents digital and has been lost or changed I am really disappointed by GM Mr Abdulla behave Friendly person at handover to Luxe and totally different personality when Luxe handed back to us Many thanks Mr. Abdullah

The luxe team provided excellent support from check in and check out. I had hoped to extend my stay, but due to high demand in Dubai during December, all their apartments were fully booked. And the same with the other companies I check so if you going to Dubai in December make sure you book month in advance.
