I rented three months from them and I was paying them every month on the right time but It s really bad how they dealt with me about returning the deposits to me when the contract it s done and I left. It s been six weeks and nobody even replied to me or updated me. It s just AED 1,500 and honestly I will never rent again from them because it s very shame and inconvenient keep asking for my right money.

To be honest, I dont like writing negative comments. But now I simply cannot remain silent, because I want other people to be safe. This is the worst experience in Dubai with property rental. Firstly, they deceived me by saying that there was a sauna in the house. Secondly, they will find any excuse not to return your deposit to you. How they treated me. Very bad experience Booked apartment from them for 3 months. Later they told to vacate it after 25 days due to there court issues with owner. Now getting security it s been 4 days they see message no one reply properly, called in office receptionist drop the call without listening the whole issue. Agent Mr Abdul bari there representative took 3 month agency fee now but he told to vacate the apartment now telling its non refundable as the owner told to vacate you but it s not our fault as tenants firstly if you don t know a verified property how can you give that to tenants @propertyfinder this thing should be taken in consideration.

I fulfilled all my obligations according to the lease. When I checked out, they arranged for staff to come and check. I accepted the compensation for the damaged items and deducted it from the deposit, but they didnt return the remaining money after deducting the compensation. They didnt reply to messages when I contacted the agent to help repair the damaged items at home. The service attitude is very poor. I suggest people not to choose this black company. When you rent a house, you will definitely not get the deposit back. I refuted the owners reply. When I checked out, you sent a staff member to check the house. The inspection took at least 4 hours. All the things that needed to be compensated had been compensated. When I asked you to return the deposit, you told me that there were many damaged items in the house that needed to be compensated. Its ridiculous.

I have been staying with Like Home for almost 3 months now in JVC Bluebell Residence and to start with, the building is new and apartments here are amazing. The security staff are friendly and make you feel safe all the time. Like Home has few amazing people with them and they make you really feel like home. Simon who handles any queries here in this building particularly my apartment, is an absolutely amazing guy. He is available anytime to provide assistance and resolved the query as soon as possible. I would say, Simon is one of the main reasons why my stay is being extended here in Bluebell Like Home. Adan helped me with the apartment viewing and renting process and he is a good guy as well, made the complete process smooth and i would like thank him as well, i had annoyed him with various requests but yet he stuck to providing quality service. Zaher is from the customer support and he is one lovely guy as well who understands what is it like to be in tenants shoes and helped me multiple times promptly. Kudos to Zaher as well. Overall a few complaints but these guys overshadowed with their services. Thank you all!! I

I feel the regret to post such a comment while I am still in contract with this company for a short term but the service by its team is just pathetic. This is not my first experience with a short term company and Ive had a very good experience before but not this time. I rented a studio in which everything including the jet, shower, WC was broken, the apartment was stinking as the ac was not repaired, still old objects are lying in the apartment of the previous tenant, the water pressure is not good but nobody cares. Even the tv is fixed in the apartment which doesnt work and if asked the agent I get an answer as ITS NOT INCLUDED then why is it lying in the apartment if its not?! The experience is completely unpleasant every day

This review aims to shed light on my recent experience with the establishment and the unfortunate circumstances that led to it. My journey began with excitement and anticipation as my wife and I planned a holiday in Dubai. However, our joy was abruptly overshadowed by a devastating diagnosis: my dear wife was diagnosed with cancer. The news shook us to the core, and we were faced with the urgent need for surgery, as recommended by doctors in Germany. With heavy hearts, we realized that our planned holiday would need to be postponed. Understanding the urgency of the situation, I reached out to the hosts of LikeHome to explain our predicament and request a cancellation of our reservation. Little did I know that what awaited us was a cold and heartless response that would compound our distress. Despite our genuine and urgent need to cancel, the hosts showed no compassion or understanding. It was as if they were immune to the gravity of our situation. Their sole focus seemed to be on enforcing their cancellation policy and securing their financial gain, regardless of the human cost. In a desperate attempt to convey the seriousness of our circumstances, I offered to provide a doctors letter as evidence of my wifes condition. I was met with indifference and an unwavering adherence to their rigid policies. It was incomprehensible to me how anyone could be so dismissive in the face of such a dire situation. Furthermore, I proposed the idea of postponing our holiday to a later date, when my wifes health would hopefully be more stable. Yet, this suggestion was met with the same stubborn resistance. It was abundantly clear that the hosts of LikeHome were unwilling to show even an ounce of flexibility or compassion. Throughout this ordeal, I couldnt help but feel a profound sense of disappointment and disbelief. Dubai, a city known for its luxury and hospitality, had revealed a darker side that I never could have imagined. The behavior of the hosts at LikeHome stood in stark contrast to the values of empathy and hospitality that I had come to expect. While I do not believe that the owner of LikeHome shares the same callous attitude as their employees, it is evident that there is a serious disconnect between management and staff. Whoever is responsible for hiring and training the individuals who represent the establishment should be held accountable for their lack of empathy and professionalism. In conclusion, I am left with a bitter taste in my mouth and a deep sense of disillusionment. My experience with LikeHome in Dubai has left me questioning the very essence of hospitality and humanity. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale for others who may consider patronizing this establishment. As for me, I vow to never again set foot in LikeHome, and I urge others to heed my Warning. Shame is too mild a word to describe the reprehensible behavior we encountered, and I am left utterly disgusted by it all.

Everything about this company is terrible. I have paid 10k aed for a 3 week stay. The apartment was disgustingly dirty upon check in even though i had re-confirmed 4 times for it to be cleaned beforehand, with cleanliness being promised every time. Upon arrival i was greeted with dirty floors, a dirty chopping board and Old rusty utensils,only 1 dirty rusted pot,dirty walls, a dirty-smelly bathroom,stained couch, old stained carpet, half broken bedframe with a cheap and nasty mattress, ripped bedsheets, dirty pillows(turned yellow), no hangers in the cupboards, cigarette burns on the tables and one tiny dustbin for the whole apartment located in the corner of the disgustingly dirty bathroom. Now for their world class service. I was yelled at by the agent i dealt with on the phone for asking why there were two different contracts with 1000aed difference, he then told me to take it or leave it knowing it was 1am in the morning. These people could not care less, you have to chase them to respond. Their agents will ignore your messages and wont deliver without you relentlessly chasing them, if they somehow do show up, they will give you 1 or 2 of the several basic things they promised to deliver(which are the basic necessities of an apartment) and more than likely get it wrong. I.e when i asked for new bedsheets they delivered a single bed duvet cover for a king sized bed, which i only noticed when i had to change the sheets myself. They are utterly and disgustingly unprofessional and they will gaslight you for expecting basic service that you are paying for. Every 1 star review of this company notes their lack of professionalism which is completely justified. Everything about this company is designed to get away with scamming you. DO NOT use this company, you will definitely regret it. Also, i will not be the least bit surprised if they try to gaslight me in their response to this review. Stay well clear of this company.

Very bad experience they are totally thieves I have rented three months and they were increasing the rental for 500 AED each month, additionally they are taking renewal fees monthly. Moreover, the put 250 AED cleaning fees and never came to clean the apartment. TV was not working properly for the whole first month and we were struggling to change the TV they have changed it at the beginning of the second month when we stopped the payment of the second month. At the end we called them several times to make the check out at 4 pm instead of 12 pm taking to consideration that we have stayed at the apartment for three months!! Unfortunately we were not able to move out in the middle of the period cuz they will take the deposit of 1500 AED. And now they want to cut of the deposit 600 AED claiming that we exceeded the limit of electricity although we never switched on the AC as the weather in Dubai in this time is good. Finally I strongly don t recommend to deal with this company at all.

One of the best experiences we have ever had with apartments. The apartment was very nice as was the whole building with its amenities. The contact process as well as the key handover and the door code went smoothly despite the fact that we only arrived at night. If there are minor problems, someone is always available. I would like to say a special thank you to Mr. Zaher Ali, who was always available to us via WhatsApp and telephone. This is really great service All in all a really great stay thanks for your efforts.

The studio was unclean, there were insects in the studio, and the air conditioning was very cold. I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received from one of your real estate agents, Gulfam Shahzda. Firstly, I repeatedly had to chase Gulfam Shahzda for information regarding the availability of a property since I was referred to him. This lack of timely communication left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a potential client of your agency. Secondly, he informed me that a specific flat was available and scheduled a viewing appointment, assuring me that he would personally show me the property. I arrived promptly for the scheduled viewing, only to be told by him that another agent would be handling it and that I would need to wait an additional 30 minutes. This lack of professionalism and disregard for my time was deeply disappointing. Furthermore, when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation, Gulfam Shahzda responded rudely, displaying a complete negligence and respect towards a potential client. To add to my frustration, upon further investigation, I discovered that there was no available flat in the building as Gulfam had claimed. The security personnel and staff at your agency were helpful and transparent about the situation, in stark contrast to Gulfam Shahzdas unprofessional behavior. I kindly request that you investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that such unprofessional conduct is not tolerated within your agency. Clients should feel confident and valued when seeking your services, and my experience with this agent has been anything but.

AVOID AVOID AVOID .. extremely poor service. This company has a lack of care for their customers, once they collect their payment I can guarantee they will not care about any issues or problems you re facing. Asked several times during the stay for assistance in the apartment to never have received any help. At checkout, I had forgotten a full drawer of my items, while realising this was my fault, it can happen to anyone and it was a lot of things not one or two. I informed the agent the same day to be told he will check with operations. Never checked, had to keep following up, to be then told the cleaning company threw it out which I don t believe as mentioned there were a lot of items. They should have been kept for atleast 24 hours, as this can happen to anyone and I work a lot. No compassion, no empathy, no attempt to compensate or help. Will never use this agency again and I advise to stay clear to avoid major headaches and the worst customer service you will come across in Dubai.

I stayed at their place in JVC - a bin ghati apartment. The flat has several issues like balcony doors that did not shut, pests, broken /cracked cutlery, water pressure that you will not find in a 4th world country and a bathroom you can barely bathe in. What s worse is that they levied a $ 100 penalty ok me for checking out 21 min late! This flat was booked though airbnb who refuse to publish my review or acknowledge the issues I experienced and 45 days later continue to stall to sort the matter. Bias and discrimination is apparent. Like Homes response to guests review is ample evidence.
