Initially, I booked another apartment, as a result, when I arrived at it, I was disappointed: the smell of raw materials, the shower was broken, the room was insanely dark, the windows did not open. I asked for a change, I was offered options, we chose a slightly cheaper place, of course, no one returned the difference to me. I would like to express my great gratitude to Partha, who was always in touch, he was right there on the first call, there were small troubles: the flap with the oven and stove was knocked out, the washing machine flowed once. I helped with moving to another apartment, helped with leaving the apartment. I put such an assessment only on his attitude towards the guests . As for those who provide services, I have questions: I extended the accommodation for half a month, they wrote me an amount of 2 thousand dirhams more than on the booking. Naturally, I threw them off and then they did me a favor and extended it for the same amount as at the booking. And the fact that I had previously overpaid 1 thousand dirhams for other housing , but I live in others did not bother them

From the time of booking the communication from the team was great and very helpful. On check-in Rem and his team even helped with baggage up to the apartment, which was welcomed considering we had quite a few suitcases. The apartment itself was nicely furnished and very clean. it had every amenity that we needed and even a nice welcome pack of tea/coffee! Check-out was super easy. I would definitely recommend this property and Key Please Holiday Homes!

Thank you so much for the stay, almost 1 month of lots of leisure and comfort. This was for sure the best Airbnb I stayed in Dubai! The space is very nice and close to everything, supermarket, pharmacy, park and next to the JBR Walk. They were always available to help me and answered my messages fast. Scam Warning! Be very careful. They will do every dirty trick not to give your security deposit back. They made it an additional income. They won t meet you on checkout and then they will create some damages and charge you 10 times more than the market price. I suggest not to get in business with them. In the reply they mentioned that I acknowledged the damages which is not true. They are still lying. They didn t come for checkout and then they mentioned some damages. I have never seen the damages. I told them that if there is damage i am happy to replace the items that were damaged which will maximum cost AED 200. They charged me AED 1800 for this. Then they stopped replying my messages and started ghosting me. Again be aware that they will do anything not to give back security deposit. This is what they do. You can also see they did same with other guests as well. Keep reading 1 star reviews. And it is very funny to see their desperate attempt to write here for other providers to not to rent out their properties for me mentioning my full name. I didn t even mentioned how they promised to give me contract and invoice for my stay and they always said next week and they never provided it. I hope the house owners will understand what kind of dodgy business they are running and will never work with them. If they are doing this to guests imagine how they scam house owners.

Very unprofessional. But great scammers. Was booking monthly with them. Asked to prolong for another month, they were not responding for 2 weeks just to tell me later its not available coz booked by the owner for another person. Next few days it turned out they lost the contract with the owner. The guy told me they messed it and hed prefer to keep me if he knew. Now its 3rd month Im trying to get back my deposit. They are just ignoring me on Whatsapp. Ah, they also tried to scam me in the last minute. Requested to pay for an apartment where I moved to, knowing they are losing the contract with the owner the same day. Update My past messages: Dec 15th: Hi Ruwaida, same topic again. Didnt receive the transfer. Dec 19th: Ruwaida, morning. Any update please? Dec 26th: Hi, could you please give me any feedback? She: Wow you didn t get refund yet?! Me: Nope Jan 23rd: Hi, Still reminding of myself. Thats outrageous. Can it be settled tomorrow? No responses, and only then I posted this review. Today. Feb 4th, Morcel Ruwaida (their customer shame representative) contacted me IN CAPS that Im damaging their business and it was refunded to you by accounts from CBD bank on December 16th!!, hence you do not have the write to post this review! we have not done anything wrong with you- except ignoring my messages about refund for 2 months. Actually that was fun. I checked, and, of course, they never refunded me, not on 16th, not later. She finally refunded later today, keeping on shouting at me to remove the review since the refund is done. Yes I told you it skipped me because accountant informed it s refunded You are damaging not only the business but also me as employee Now you have the refund right? And you still doesn t want to remove it Well, maybe thats the point. These kind of employees should have no close proximity to the customer service, so I would rather do a favor to other tenants. This company is complete garbage. I was going to rent an apartment through them. In order to give myself more time while organising the payment and to make a decision, the woman I was in contact with asked for an AED 8,000 deposit just to remove the listing so I don t lose the apartment. The communication over the phone got even more sketchy, the price was one thing then it was another thing. Always changing. First there was an 10% deposit required, then there was no deposit and the apartment is much cheaper. The woman got even more desperate over the phone. After seeing the bad reviews and knowing that I was about to overpay for the apartment I decided not to go through with it. When I asked for the AED 8,000 to be returned, now she s telling me it s non-refundable and I can t get it back. Meanwhile, before I didn t know it was non-refundable I was told that I was paying to get it unlisted while preparing to make the payment. Crooks, Scammers and extremely unprofessional. Never book with these people.

Please avoid this company They run scams and they have the worse employees specially yuhan or johan. He is running a scam where they want to charge you for everything without a reason . Even their managers don t have manners and they don t know how to speak to customers . Please run away as much as you can . The business owner answered with all lies They have no proof of anything other than their dishonest employees , I never smoked in the unit , when they came to do the check out I was at the balcony smoking so they knocked many times that I rushed inside to open and forgot the cigaret in my hand and I throw it instantly in the sink and I was using a bottle with water in to turn of my cigarette on the balcony since it s windy and ashes keep flying , they don t believe in customer service or the customer is right until proven guilty . They charge you for tourism fees that should go to the government to attest a contract which they keep and don t attest any contracts , they hand right on the receipt that smoking is not allowed in the apartment but the manger said even on the balcony is not allowed which is not mentioned any where , plus the fee for smoking is not written any where in the contract , I stayed there multiple times and they used the old contract instead of providing a new one , he said I stayed there for a month even though I was there for 5 days and not mentioning that they charged me for an extra day when I left early and refused to return the money . Pre inspection is done before you arrive while your not there so you really don t know what s in the apartment that they could say it s missing on check out . AC broke for 3 days kept calling them with no answer it was leaking from the kitchen . Their employee gave me his phone to speak to the manger and when I returned it he dropped it on the floor from his hands and said I dropped it And of course they took his word over mine . I contacted the dubai tourism department and filled a complaint against them . Yuhan the employee recorded my voice without my permission and sent it to his manager his manger admitted that on the phone and said we have your recording and your lying and in dubai that s illegal . I was robbed of 600 AED and 1 extra night .

It s a good place to rent out but not a serviced apartments. The room and space was comfortable but the showers don t work so well , Also the bath tub also make creaking noise so it s disturbing . The clothes dryer was broken . However the space is well planed and furniture thoughtfully placed . It s right opposite Ramada and spinners . Taxis easily available. Restaurants are at walking distance. Being on a busy street there is traffic noise in wee hours of the night as well . Malshan the caretaker was polite and provided with hand wash and dishwasher, and made the stay comfortable. The studio is at 23 rd floor and apt only for a couple or solo travellers.

I advise you not to deal with this company! For those who do not read to the end, I will write at the beginning that they have planned schemes to not return the deposit. We checked in at night, asked in advance for a crib, they didn t bring it, we had to remind it several times, we waited for the wi-fi password for the same day, a vacuum cleaner, etc. There were many situations, the icing on the cake was that they refused to give the deposit. The manager came and first of all went to the farthest bathroom and began to point out to me the crack in the sink that was there when we moved in. He didn t look at anything else in the apartment, he purposefully went to the bathroom, not to the kitchen, which is the closest, not to any other room. Since the apartment is not new, naturally I didn t take pictures of all the defects when I moved in. I tried to explain what it was, and if not, then let them show the BEFORE photo (when they sent me a photo of the apartment, this particular bathroom with this sink was not in the photo) Naturally they didnt send anything. Don t take an apartment from them, you ll only waste your nerves and lose money.

average nothing great Liked · Not the best check-in process, the guy was late, so we checked in ourselves. About the property itself: 1. Decent enough one bedroom 2. Good location in Murjan 5 with free parking Disliked · 3. The bedroom door didn t close properly as the wood had expanded 4. Was a bit noisy being on the plaza (ground level) 5. Ac was leaking (small one) near the entrance 6. Pillows very uncomfortable so I we bought new ones ourselves 7. Garbage smell from the corridor when stepping out 8. The toaster didn t work, they replaced it, and it blew a fuse in the unit, so we did not use it again

I stayed at the Hayat Boulevard Apartment Building 2A and to be honest, I loved it there. The apartment had everything from free Wi-Fi and a huge smart TV to its own washer and dryer. I was very impressed by how well the apartment was maintained and how big it was. I never used the tub but it was very big as well. The gentleman that helped me, Rashid, was very nice and helpful and answered all of my questions. My spouse was also in contact with the office a lady called Marvic and Cynthia or Cindy I believe, and they were helpful also. All and all, I didn t wanted to go but, I had to return to my home country. I was very satisfied with the results of my stay and I hope that I can return to visit again soon. Dishonest, unpleasant, awkward, unhelpful company. The company is really dishonest. We stayed with them for 6 months. There were several times when the bill does not correspond to the rental price we agreed upon. If you are not careful, you might pay a higher price without knowing. Waiting time of 3-4 hours to be able to check in because the apartment was not ready on time. The apartment in itself has several problems such as leakage form the air conditioner, clogged bathrooms appliances old and ( dishwasher, boiler, washing machine) keep breaking. Every time, it takes 10 days to have them replaced and repaired. Very bad smell coming from the pipes and the bathroom. During the checkout, they tried to find faults on everything,furnitures to charge extra and keep your deposit. They say that we damage the furnitures when they already existed before we move in. They charge us the dirty laundry because it is was not washed on the check out day. They really find faults in everything, for some bedsheets, they charged us for 1000AED. Be extra careful if you decide to rent their apartments

This is my worst experience ever! 1. They can increase the rate as they like during your stay 2.If they find a better client for the appartment they will just try to get rid of you as quickly as possible 3. They do not provide proper contract 4. Most of their time they work as collectors 5. If youre late with payment 2 days they start bothering you day and night threatening by police, fake calls from Tourism department, fake SMS on open criminal cases etc 6. They do not maintain appartments. No cleaning, appartments are worn out. In one of appartments I had to buy kitchen appliances myself and buy and fix lights myself after 1 month of my requests to do so, I was just ignored 7. For online payment they put extra commission, I dont know if its legal or not. 19 June 2022 - 7 months after my post stating its fake, really shows how this company works. I have used your service and not a single time. I stayed in Bay Central, Standpoint and Reehan. I guess you blocked the possibility to reply on your comments, thats why I am editing my post of 7 months old

We booked a Villa on the Palm. We were asked to send passport copies for all guests and visitors which we did. One of the guests arrived at 3am and his name was not on the list. We tried calling the host. They were online but did not reply. We were standing outside in the heat for 4 hours at which point we had to book a hotel. The host refuses to acknowledge the issue, or reimburse for the hotel stay, for which evidence was provided. Invoices were sent and rejected by the host. The person in contact with us via WhatsApp is rude and dismissive. We will be disputing this transaction with the bank, and having our money returned to us. A report will also be made to the relevant trading authorities to ensure this does not happen to other guests. *LANDLORDS - beware of such companies.

A beautiful Apartment with the most beautiful views of The Beach @JBR all the way to Burj Al Arab hotel and the Palm Jumairah Island, Blue Water Island and Eye of Dubai. Walking distant to all attraction of the beach restaurants and Dubai marina. The building is very new and has resort level facilities like infinity pools and gym with full sea view and Eye of Dubai and The Address beach resort. All bedrooms has full Sea view and the most amazing sunset view. The host is very attentive to all guest needs and requirements.The Apartment is very new and modern luxury. This apartment is definitely my favorite new nest in Dubai. Definitely will be back

We had a very good experience with KeysPlease at the 2 bed apartment at Fairmont North we rented for a month with them. It was exactly like the photos, very clean, well equipped and cosy. The communication before arriving from Rwaida was excellent; I asked her so many questions and she was very attentive and patient. The check in and check out with Joseph was flawless. We cannot recommend it highly enough!

We had a great stay at this apartment, it was spacious, well equipped, clean, and quite comfortable. The location is absolutely amazing! watching the dancing fountains and Burj Khalifa from the balcony was one of the major highlights. The apartment management (Marivic, Hassan and Bob) were very accommodating and responsive to our needs. We really appreciated how they resolved the issue we had with a previous apartment and upgraded us to this apartment, which is a huge testament to their quality customer service and attentiveness. Thank you for a great and memorable stay in Dubai :)

The most unprofessional company that I ve ever dealt with! I viewed an apartment on Shoreline apartments in Palm Jumeriah and we agreed with an agent on 3 nights stay in one of the 2 bedroom apartment. Afterwards, I ve received the confirmation message with the booking dates and the regarding rate on it. After several hours, the same agent sent me another whatsapp message which states that unfortunately they cannot receive me as a guest, simply because of another booking with a longer duration(1 month) compared to my stay... So if you re looking for a safe and guaranteed holiday, stay away from this company!

It is one of the worst companies and the worst departments that you can deal with... Stand before you deal with them and translate my review to get all the details of this bad experience with them. One of the worst companies and the worst administrations you can deal with is managed by him A person named (Hassan) with his wife or daughter, God knows best... but bad management in the true sense of the word, and most of the high ratings may be fake. The proof is that click on the names of the residents. Most of them do not receive any comments other than in this evaluation, and those who gave them a low evaluation receive contributions and actually people. Real, I personally have previously dealt with them to manage an apartment for me in Dubai; The agreement would be ready to be furnished and offered for rent within a period of between a week and ten days. By God, brothers, for two and a half months, they did not complete the contract until they canceled the contract with them through a complaint to the Tourism Department under the pretext of delay and procrastination in delivery. I proved this to them through WhatsApp conversations and the department did not fall short until the contract was canceled and I was relieved psychologically from them. Even though I gave them the amount for furnishing and an increase, but poor management and possible confusion are not able to pay people their rights. In the beginning, companies and delivery were not allowed during the Corona period, and sometimes the order was wrong and I returned it, and once the delivery was made, the management of the property building did not let them enter because it was not the time for companies to enter, and every day is a story and a composition. And the scenario is that it does not end. Before the agreement, he responds to the call immediately and his words are honey, and after signing, you humiliate yourself until he calls you. You want to know the fate of your property and he does not answer and does not even call back. After a few days of attempts to call, he answers and says I am in a meeting and I will talk to you later. He does not talk to you again except through many messages and calls. He is not honest in his appointments. He is the type of person who, when he receives the money, procrastinates in responding, and after two and a half months of trying with him, he gives you the good news that your property is ready and you can see it and tells you not to come between 1 and 3 pm because we have a photo session for the apartment with Professionals. We said, thank God, as it is almost finished, forget his delay and his excuses... but Unfortunately, when I go to the apartment after this time to see if it is ready before handing it over to the tenants, we are surprised that the apartment is not ready and not clean, and most of the things are in its boxes, and many things that are supposed to be there are not there in the first place. Why the twisting and turning at all if you cannot tell from the beginning and do not distract people with these movies? After terminating the contract, he asks you for administrative sums, including property management fees and photography fees, of which we did not see anything. However, the invoices he delivers to you are not stamped, and some of them are plain white papers written in writing without the name of the company he bought from, and, and, and I am sure that he is trying to mislead you, as the response he leaves as a comment As for my review, as you can see when he responds to any review posted, he does the same thing, but rest assured that I wish you well and I do not want anyone to have the same problem as me. I advise you, my brothers, not to deal with him if you are comfortable with him. Choose any other company, regardless of its level.. because I dont think there is anything worse than their management.

I visited dubai several times for the last couples of years, i had to deal with several companies to assure my stay there. The last one was KEYS PLEASE which was a unique and best hospitality i have experienced. I would like to thank all the staff who were there for me all the way through from the second i arrived at the airport to the last day of my journey.
