I was looking for a Studio apartment to stay for a month. Called so many companies but the only quick response and support I got was in Key One Homes . Sean arranged a viewing for me , then Abdul helped me to reach Damac Hills, showed the apartment and then we visited their office to finalize the booking. I am very satisfied with everything.

Unfortunately, my stay in this apartment in Dubai was very disappointing. The pictures on the website made the apartment appear much larger and cleaner than it actually was. When I arrived the sofa was covered in stains and the bathroom had mold problems making the hygiene unacceptable. Furthermore, the apartment was much smaller and more cramped than expected. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this company and its apartments to anyone. Please do not book through this company to avoid similar disappointment.

An apartment in one Emaar Views building, excellent and spacious for families, new, with a very excellent view of the Dubai Mall and Burj Dubai directly and connected to the Dubai Mall and there is an excellent supermarket. Contact Abdul Sattar... a polite and helpful person.

I have stayed with my family in this apartment from 27 of August till 02 September. That was good experience. Liked everything, the guy Abdul is very kind. He quickly replaced the teapot in ~1 hour, that didnt work by some reason. In general, everything was in good manner.

Its a company of professional thieves.If you a lanlord keep away from them! I signed an agreement with Key One for short term providing my luxury 3 Bdr apartment .My apartment was constantly occupied ,I visit it myself . Tenant done full payment , but in 5 month I dont receive a penny from the Key One. Whatever you ask the team ,nobody listen . They never provide a link to check occupancy , manipulate statement and present false invoices.Mrs Diana Magariu CEO and owner of the company , her rental manager Abdulah were so nice and sweat at the beginning before you realise they simply thieves and you will never seen your money. Moreover , they will not even communicate with you . As soon as you start demanding your money they immediately complain to DTCM that you brake the rules etc. My story with Key One not yet finished . Now lawyers and The Court . Do you need such headacke with your own property ? Like a landlord renting my apartment for 12 years in Dubai , I never met such liars.

Holiday Home key one is one of the best short term we have come a cross the services was excellent, apartment was very clean. smooth check-in amazing furniture. the time we book from that time until the check out company make sure we are comfortable very professional. even if you arrive late night no issue all formalities was done before our arrival with just a pin code you can open your house door wow amazing fruit basket, coffee, chocolates. well done key one i recommend this company 100% Thumbs up.

They are thieves, the deduct my deposit 500 AED from my visa and they didn t return it back now almost 2 months They are thieves. I was robbed of 500 dirhams, which they did not recover from my visa two months ago I do not advise anyone to live there I don t recommend you guys because there is no trust and the can steal you at any time

I did not like the way they treated. I viewed one property and agreed to their defined payment plan. When I asked to finalized the booking on urgent terms, they didnt reply me back. As I was looking to get a property for rent on urgent basis. Didnt like the way they treat the customer. Despite of the fact, I was paying the advance rent for 2 months.
