I do not recommend at all!!! After placing the order, they ask you personally and illegally for additional funds such as cleaning for 250 per night and you have no choice because there is no possibility to cancel the order Think twice before you order from this fraudulent company

I spent 2 months in one of their apartments in Binghatti Creek. I informed them in the beginning of July that I wanted to extend until end of August and asked them to give me a yearly quotation. They ignored me for the whole month of July and a couple of days before my contract ends the told me I that I will not be able to renew. I missed a couple of days of work to find a suitable place and was literally thrown out. Worst holiday service I have ever seen! Avoid at all costs!

Rented a unit for 6months / 210 nights. Moved out on the Sunday. Informed them Monday morning the unit was available. They then said because I informed them Monday they would keep some of my deposit and bill me for an additional night. Company also tried to bill me for additional bills unfairly which then they admitted was wrong as the landlord stepped in to confirm there wasn t any. Company is very aggressive to keep deposit payment from you.

I book apartment from airbnb (erg hosts) They have wrong info. Some important stuff missing, bed count wrong etc.. they didnt apologize nothing. Just said Thats what you booked.. Give 2 stars because finally they moved us to bigger apartment old but bigger, missing stuff there too.. Bad experience. I Never give my apartment to them to host.. unprofessional!

Best experience for a furnished apartment in Dubai Downtown. Excellent location, view great to fountain and Opera. Supermarket 24hrs under the building, electric scooters under the building, lots of taxis etc. The flat so clean and has absolutely everything. Clean bedding and new towels. But mostly the service to support you with the check in and check out and any issue or need help, they were 5*. A lady called Angel was so kind, helpful and made my stay ten times better. I would definitely recommend the place and I look forward to staying with you again.

Horrible experience with this agency. Zero communication. We were talking to rent a house for half a month and suddenly they did not communicate and the day after we saw that the house was rented for 1 week already. They are VERY unprofessional

I ve been using this company for 3 years. Very professional- amazing services- take care of customers want. The management and everything was great im so happy to choosed this company highly recommend this as of someone who stayed with them since 2020 till 2023. The only thing they charge me 1k for pet damaging which is wasn t true because they wouldn t do but still they are deserve for 5 star compare to other s company this company can be one of the best
