Stay cost $12k for the month but no internet and heat, they didnt care to fix it. just kept sending videos of the gas stove as if i dont know how turn on the gas. :( had to hotspot the whole time / couldnt cook (which was the main reason i booked here) linen was so terrible and unwashed, i broke out in hives, and there were ants everywhere in the kitchen. Customer service kept saying the same thing over and over again, all something along these lines: We apologize for making you wait. Let us check with the relevant team and keep you posted. Best Regards. just not the standard dubai standard for holiday homes, esp at the rate they charge.

I booked with them an apartment in Business Bay. It s awful. They don t provide weekly cleaning service and bed linen changing. They want me to pay for it. Do they think as a tourist I bring bed linen with me? If I brought I definitely would chosen something cheaper, not 10,000 aed. The mattress was too hard as if I slept on the floor. The pillows were springy, not comfy at all. They delivered a topper and same quality pillows. After my fight with them they brought the ones I needed. In the end, they didn t allow me to leave the luggage at the reception upon my check out. Never seen anything like this in my life

Booked a studio apartment hosted by Deluxe holiday homes on AirBnb, worst and the slowest service. Apartment had a huge electrical issue which their technical team couldn t even fix or resolve, hence we could only use 2 appliances for the entire 10day trip. Then the wifi stopped working and they kept sending instructions to reset the router upon telling them it s not getting fixed. Very poor amenities, and delayed service responses. DO NOT RECOMMEND booking their apartments!

Very disappointing apartment management. As a landlord, the income they expect in return for handling your property has nothing to do with reality. Once you sign a contract with them, they dont respond anymore to your queries. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

I had booked a 3 bed apartment from booking.com which was managed by your company. From the start everything was poorly managed. Check in- had to wait for an hour despite informing them about my check in time in advance. Maintenance- property was in poor condition and paint was peeling from all the walls. The walls itself had 5 to 6 different shades of paint due to the patch works. Upon complaining about the same your service team blamed the landlord for not maintaining and seemed to be helpless. Checkout - this was again terrible as once again despite informing a day before the checkout time, your team was again late by 90 mins. Terrible experience and despite having such a premium property the service is what spoils the show

I had the most horrible experience with this host. I booked a room for 7 nights . The room didn t look like anything in the photos. The bed linen was dirty and awful. There were infect crawling everywhere . Please make sure you read all the reviews before making any bookings with this host.

It has been a really memorable stay for us. Loved the apartment and its amenities and was so tastefully furnished. The view is to die for. The 360 degree view of Dubai from the Sky track on the 42nd floor was really amazing. It apparently holds the Guinness record for the highest running track in the world. Overall an amazing apartment and building. Special thanks to the hosts who were always available to answer or attend to any query. Mr Saleem who helped us check in and Mr Saad who assisted our check out were very kind and courteous. Thank you all once again and will sure look forward to stay here on my next visit. Ciao!!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of entrusting my property to Deluxe Holiday Home for management, and I couldnt be more disappointed. The entire ordeal was nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, the management of the property was incredibly poor. I was constantly receiving complaints from guests about the condition of the house. Despite the glowing reviews I had initially seen, it was clear that Deluxe Holiday Home did not live up to their reputation. The property was not maintained properly at all. When it came time to hand back the property, I was horrified to find it in a state of disrepair. There were numerous damages and broken items that had clearly been neglected. It was obvious that Deluxe Holiday Home had not taken any responsibility for maintaining the property or ensuring its safety and quality for guests. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and costly. I trusted Deluxe Holiday Home with my property, expecting a professional and reliable service, but instead, I was left with a damaged and broken home that will require significant repairs and investment to restore. I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to think twice. Their poor management and lack of accountability have left me deeply dissatisfied and regretful. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for property management services.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. DO NOT BOOK. All 5 star reviews are mostly fake. We had the exact same experience as several other guests with one star reviews: (I) promised an early check-in (which we were fine not having), but when we got there obviously there were severe delays. Why promise promise something you can t keep your word for? These people think their time is more valuable than other people. (II) AC broke down in summer heat and this wasn t even fixed even after complaining several times (III) Property was filthy when we entered and had to get it cleaned. What sort of Air BNB makes guests arrange cleaners? (IV) The mattress which we requested for our grandparents (they are old in their 90s) was received around 9:45pm when it was one of the first things we had requested. And lastly (V) the customer service was the worst service I have ever experienced in Dubai. Super unhelpful. To sum it up - stay away from these scammers. They have 0 integrity and will provide you with the worst air bnb experience you will ever receive. Rooms: Disgusting and extremely filthy when we got there.

They took my apartment and took my money and started renting the apartment and taking the rent and did not send me even a single dirham. For two months I have been sending an email and talking to the employee Moatasem in order to cancel the contract, but The contract is mandatory and they do not cancel the contract and they do not care about my words and they continue to make reservations in my apartment as if they are the owners of the apartment and I lost my money and my apartment because of them. Fantastic experience with DHH on a Palm Jumeirah Villa we rented at the beginning of May. Booked through the agent during the phone call, paid by payment link. Deposit was handed to the company in cash at the property. No issues at all with getting the deposit back. They allowed us early check in which was great of them, no extra cost. The agent was at the property on time for us to check in. Great experience, will definitely use you again. And, the villa was fantastic; clean, big and as shown in the photos. Thanks very much, excellent experience, which is sometimes quite hard to find in Dubai.

Over the past decade, this has been the most dreadful experience Ive encountered. Heres what happened: Before booking, the salesman bombarded me with messages every 30 minutes, promising early check-in and updates, but vanished after payment, ignoring my numerous attempts to contact him. Upon arrival in Dubai, despite a promised 2 pm check-in, I was left waiting on the street until 6 pm, citing a cleaning team delay, only to find the apartment infested with bed bugs. Despite requesting a change, I was ignored, and only after 24 hours did they spray pesticides, leaving me stranded outside from 8 am to 7 pm. I was covered in insect bites from head to toe. Despite assurances of compensation, nothing materialized. During check-out, I endured a 45-minute wait, risking missing my flight, with unresponsive staff providing no assistance. To add insult to injury, upon early check-out, I received a lesser refund amount than promised. I strongly advise against renting from them if you wish to avoid health and mental issues.

I havent personally stayed at Deluxe Holiday Homes, but from what Ive seen, its a stunning property. The location is simply amazing, and the overall atmosphere is very appealing. Although I didnt have the opportunity to book a stay there during my visit, I was so impressed that I seriously considered extending my trip just to experience it. Worst customer service, and some of their apartments have old and run down furniture and others, although good on the inside, are in terrible buildings or have issues like bugs and ants. I am now in one of their apartments that I rented by mistake and would not have done so if I knew it is Deluxe Homes (bcs I book through the mariott app). For the past 2 days there has been non-stop drilling noise in the building like it was in the apartment. Starts at 10 am and goes on till the afternoon. I have texted them several times and all I get is their usual useless response asking me to be patient while they check it out. And with regards to your classic formatted reply below, I have been in contact with your cuatomer service for the past week and all I get are formatted pre-written responses and no action from your end. Just promises that you will get back to me or contact me or fix the problem and nothing happens.

Please dont believe anything they show in pictures and write on the apartment profile. We checked in today and found out that the apartment is no where near to how they showed it in the pictures and there are issues in it. They mentioned 5 people can sleep in the apartment and they didnt give extra mattress now they want money for extra mattress and saying there are two rooms only how. They gave one pillow per person not even providing extra pillows. They are charging premium price and giving pathetic service, just ripping off people and no hospitality at all. Worst customer service i have ever experienced we are waiting for the mattress and no one is replying. Just a suggestion to spend your money by booking a better place unlike us and save your mental peace. One start hotel will give better service than them

It s been 21 days since I checked out, and I still haven t received the 2000 AED ($550) security deposit back. I have been contacting their guest support team everyday for the past week, yet every time, they say that they re working on it, and nothing changes at all. I m starting to suspect that it is dishonesty, rather than pure incompetence, that is preventing me from receiving my security deposit. Company proved they are only Interested in taking money and not providing the service that should go with it. We had to wait 5 hours to check in to an apartment that had no working gas, a broken kitchen sink, a balcony door that didn t lock, tv remotes no batteries, 1thin pillow to sleep with each, no cold shower option was only warm or hot and the apartment stank of smoke when it s a non smoking property. We had to sit in and miss the sunshine for the repairs to take place a few days into our stay, which were also delayed. We were promised pillows that arrived 2 nights before we were due to leave. We were even asked to fiddle with the gas system ourselves to see if we could get the cooker working before maintenance was called out. I believe this is a health and safety issue as we are guests and not used to the systems used abroad. Basically there was no real care in checking the apartment over before accommodating for new guests. Why we had to wait 5 hours to check into something that wasn t ready shows they don t care. They should use this time to clean and check everything over, plus fix anything that is needed. As we were paying £100 per night we complained and asked for a partial refund as a goodwill gesture, 10 nights total £1000, refund request £250. We were given £108 followed by an increase of £17. We found the £17 increase Insulting much for the experience we had. The company kept praising themselves on how much they care and look after their guests, making out they were doing us a favour when in fact just wasting our time and making our stay worse. They also tried to send us to Airbnb yet it was their Deluxe Homes property. It s a shame and we won t be using them again.

I booked west canal residence for my guests who had travelled for vacation.My guest was staying for 9 and i requested to add an extra day due to flight cancellation..fair to say everything was a disaster from the moment they checked it,countless items were missing from extra bedsheets to kitchen appliances..we requested for them but thanks to their poor service my guest had to buy some of the stuff including if not most of them.Given we had requested to extend for a day the staff said they were not able to and there s nothing they could do,they even came to escort my guest out and i had to book them a different apartment for one more night.i felt embarrassed having to disappoint my guest in such a manner .Been in Dubai for over 12yrs and never have i ever encountered such a poor experience.

We rented an apartment with Deluxe Holiday Homes for a month. Since we are traveling as a family with an 8-month-old baby, the furnishings of the apartment were very important to us. We always felt comfortable. The apartment has everything you need and is optimally equipped. A baby bed was also provided to us. The apartment is well insulated, bright and comfortably furnished. The pool has many loungers and even a childrens pool. A lifeguard guards the entire pool area. The playground is also very large and diverse. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. There is a nice atmosphere in the building. If you had any questions, the entire Deluxe Holiday Homes team was available to help. Problems were solved immediately. Contacting us was very uncomplicated. We would always book an apartment with Deluxe Holiday Homes again.

This was our first time in Dubai and we could not have chosen a better place than the Royal Anwaj Residence North, Palm Jumeirah. We loved the location on the Palm Jumeriah. Every morning and night we would look out on our balcony to beautiful views. We had access to a private beach with chairs provided. Our host Athar Ahmed from Deluxe Holiday Homes was amazing. He guided us through before our arrival and answered all of our questions throughout, even on his day off. Nothing was too much for him or the Deluxe Holiday Homes staff. This made things easier where one could truly relax. The accommodations were lovely and clean. It was like being a home away from home with all of the appliances. We cannot see ourselves staying anywhere different on our future trips to Dubai. Rooms: Huge rooms with two bath rooms. One bath room has a shower and bath tub. Appliances are a plus and the room included a full kitchen and washing machine. Safety: This place has 24hrs security where you will feel secured at all times.

I strongly advice do not use the services of Deluxehomes. I living a hell experience with them. They are not professional. They send you a WhatsApp message once you pay for a stay in an appartement with contacts ans support noting that they will be available 24/7 and blabla. Its not true, they ignore your messages, your calls. They reply hours after not to give you answers but to justify their lack of professionalism. They had all the details of my.arrival ( time and date ) days before, they sent me a WhatsApp message that everything is arranged but I was lie. I arrived at the airport at 3 am ( that was in the details I gave them days before). By 8 am I left the airport and went to appartement building. I arrived between 8h30 and 9 am) At the reception I gave my ID and no email confirmation was sent by deluxehomes informing them about my arrival. Till 10 am we tried to reach the contact sent on wharapps number days before ( as a point of contact) but our calls and messages were ignored. Security building gave me access without email confirmation because I was tired and I needed a rest. After I took a rest, I woke up and I had a very bad surprise. The apparment was infested with croakroaches. I took pictures and videos. When I went complaining they told me that the apprtment has not been cleaned. And I need to call and pay for a pest killing.team by myself. I sent messages on whatsapps to the number was given to me no immediate answer. I went on airbnb interface, sent a message to the host and told him that I will share the pictures and videos with airbnb. After that I started receiving answers and thehbtold that they will send a pest cleaning.team by tomorrow. Till now I still have croakroaches. All of this is documented on whatsapp discussions, videos and photoes of croakroaches. They are liars, unprofessionals, they like to distort reality. It took them a week to get someone to clean the apartment. No one reached out to me when I checked in (they held my $400 deposit). I had to contact them multiple times to get it back. I intimidate check my luggage and everything and found that something is missing. I registered argent a complain and tell the security about it. Then I call the support team and describe whole matter. I also give them in written format about my issue. There was no stopper or anything by which I can lock main door. We spent 12 very nice days in this fantastic, fully furnished and, above all, clean apartment located in Montrose Tower B. We were able to make good appointments remotely. Everything was arranged transparently and correctly by DeluxeHomes. Location outside the center of Dubai. Al Barsha South Science Park. Therefore, the use of a car is desirable. Although you can of course also do everything by taxi. Shopping center is within walking distance with supermarket, pharmacy and McDonalds, unfortunately the Shakespeare branch was closed. There it is always good food for a reasonable price. (The photos were taken on the last day before final cleaning took place.)

DO NOT book with Deluxe Holiday Homes. They advertise different rates and once you confirm they come back to you saying there was a glitch and you have to pay more, double than the amount you booked for. Horrible way of doing business.

I checked into the apartment, there was no shower door, no water pressure in the taps. Aircon only had a setting for ice cold, I reported all this and it took 4 days for the management to refund me as they wanted to do all this maintenance whilst I was on holiday. I would like to add Marj from the management was not skilled in order to resolve this issue. Poor management. The apartment had a fish smell. Will not recommend using Deluxe holiday homes.

I have been renting my unit through Delux Holiday more than 2 years and I have to be honest they always do a good job. I have to highlight Jarvi who helped me to book this place, snd Ahmed Athar who was waiting for me and helped me to check in. Hodpitsllity of these 2 guys was really on a high level. Apartment itself is in the great location and it s very clean, with a some not ideal things but beacuse building is a bit old but in general very well maintained and clean Ratko, 5th Nov 2023

Everything is perfect! Starting from the moment of check-in. We arrived late and checked in after 10:00 pm, without any obstacles or delays. The large apartment exceeded all our expectations. Magnificent design, comfortable and beautiful furniture, functional kitchen. There are all the necessary utensils and cleaning products. Amazing views from all windows and from the balcony of Dubai Marina. The biggest advantage of these apartments is that they have an ideal location. There is an excellent beach, supermarkets, restaurants and public transport within walking distance. The tram stop is immediately opposite the exit from the building. We are very grateful to Athar for a wonderful holiday. We hope to return here again.

My stay at Deluxe Holiday Homes was great. The appliances and utensils in the apartment were all new which was great. The building was new and modern. Hafizz was great and ensured that the check in and check out procedure was smooth and efficient.
