My family was happy staying at the accommodation, my experience was satisfied with the place clean, comfortable, and has many house hold items needed for staying. In addition, it s near to main road. The staff were friendly and the managment is really helpful replay to our questions fast. We could not use all the place facilities as we were out most of the time. In general it s worth it.

As an owner that used their services to rent out my place, I had a terrible experience. They closely follow up on any payment that needs to be made by the owner (sheets, covers, etc) but when it comes to them fulfilling their part of the agreement, you need to keep chasing them. Even worse, they do not communicate the owner s share breakdown details, when I asked them about a booking and asked more details about the amount I received they got very defensive and refused to provide me with anything. The amount I received as owner was way lower than the listing price so I naturally asked.. till now no information. I do not recommend this company

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Bluechip.The booking process is seamless and easy. I really appreciate the wide variety of accommodation options available, from cozy apartments to spacious houses. The hosts have always been friendly and responsive, making sure my business guests have everything during their stay. Ive also been pleasantly surprised by how affordable some of the rentals are. The ability to read reviews and see photos before booking gives me peace of mind that Im making the right choice. Overall, Bluechip has become my go-to option for finding unique and comfortable stay for my business guests who are visiting me in Dubai!

Fully satisfied expectation with apartment: nice view, located in the middle of Dubai Marina , only 15 min walk to JBR beach. With highly professional support from Sara and Jennifer, it was really pleasant experience.
