They have cockroaches and lies that they will solve the problem. Had a problem with cockroaches for the first month of housing, after three months the cockroaches appeared again. They said that for us it is not dirt. we had to change the entire bed and dishes ourselves. They said, if you don t like it, move out, but then they won t return the deposit and the money, the deposit was large and we had to live as originally agreed upon in the contract, because they didn t know that the issue could be resolved with the help of the police. They have unpaid bills for their apartment and constantly come to ask for a debt. be careful, if you don t want to get on your nerves, choose other companies

We stayed in a 2bed apartment in JLT for three months. The views from the apartment were awesome and the apartment was very comfortable, clean with all amenities. Price was reasonable and security was refunded immediately at the time of checkout.

if i could put minus 5 stars i would Unfortunately I have a very bad experience with this company. I assume most of the reviews here are fake. I ll explain why, I rented an apartment from them, it turned out that there were cockroaches in the apartment, a broken bed and household appliances didn t work, cockroaches were absolutely everywhere, when we slept they fell right on us from the ceiling, we had to sleep on the balcony for a whole month, I was offered to replace the apartment but the options they offered were even worse than that. They refused to return the money and pay moral compensation, they said that they could give a week of free accommodation, not even a month, while this worker came to our house in shoes, talked in an aggressive manner and did not show any respect. At the same time, they constantly came to us and demanded to pay the gas bill, although this was part of the companys duties. REMEMBER: NEVER RENT AN APARTMENT HERE. p.s. they personally asked me to remove the bad reviews otherwise they did not fulfill the requirements for troubleshooting the apartment. p.s.s. I forgot to add that their prices for rent are incredibly high

Totally cool and very helpful! I was looking for a place with a Tennis court and had to call many agencies before I finally got lucky enough to speak to Mr Yasser who had exactly what I wanted I seriously thought Id have to pay an arm and a leg to get that but Mr Yasser offered me multiple options and listed both the pros and the cons of each! for real if you need a guide for staying in Dubai just reach out to beytie and youll thank me later

Indeed it was a good experience I would like to share with others. The guys at Beytie.com showed a decent amount of professionality and respect to me. My check in was very smooth, team showed on time, all were good, apartment setup was nice, clean and neet. I even extended for a couple of months, and best part they gave me my deposit back immediately on check out before I head to the airport. Thanks to all of the team, especially Mr. Ousama who was taking care of every small detail, and Mr. Iftikhar for the kindness and support they showed. I would definitely recommend, and I was really delighted with they asked for the review, and gladly I did.

If you are trying to get a reasonable and quality living, this is the right place. I lived for six months in one of the beytie s Studio apartment and it was a wonderful experience. The owner of the company is just a call away if you have any service issues or maintenance work related to his apartment. I was really impressed by the professionalism of the team and the work they provide at Bayti.com. The matter went smoothly and easily. The representative came to show us the apartment at the correct time, and the apartment was ready, furnished, and clean as in the pictures and explanation. It did not take long to receive the apartment. We paid the rent and I received the keys immediately after submitting the identification papers. What I was most satisfied with after our stay was the delivery of the apartment, as it was smooth and easy and I received the deposit immediately upon leaving the apartment and then set off for the airport without any pending matters.
