I stayed in one of their properties for 2 months (due to circumstances I had to keep extending the booking every week). They gave me a lot of flexibility and they were wonderful. My point of contact was Vishnu. Vishnu ensured my stay was as comfortable as possible. The property was also very nice and located at a central location in Dubai.

One of the worst service at all, we moved to a studio after 2 days leakages below all sinks, then water dripping in the washroom from the roof, balcony drainer is blocked, maintenance came more that 8 times in those miserable 11 days nothing was fixed at allll. The make up in the toilet was wasted because of water dripping and no compensation we had. Balcony drainer is still blocked. .They moved us to another studio in the same building. .Suddenly washing machine is not working. . Pots handles are plastic and melted and got on fire while we were trying to cook. .contact person is so rude on the phone he barely answered. . Called his manager once and told me twice in a very rude way not to call him anymore. . At the end this contact agent refuses to refund our money and we are stuck in this disgusting place.

the experience was good and the room was pretty nice. The cleanliness and service as top notch. breakfast spread was excellent and there were many varieties of food on a Sunday. the staff was extremely courteous and responsive. the view from the rooftop was mesmerizing. would recommend this property..!!!
