Avoid using this Car Rental Company! They dont return deposits promptly. Youll spend days chasing them, and they will stop responding to your messages on WhatsApp. However, theyll rush you to return the car hours before the agreed time. I used this car rental service during my holiday in Dubai for my birthday. Everything seemed legitimate as they operate from the Radisson Hotel, a well-established global company, where we were staying. I went through the rental agreement process without any suspicions. (I wouldnt have rented from RJ if I had seen their reviews first.) The car was great BTW. I had it for 2 days. They delivered the car to my hotel and allowed me to return it at the airport at the end of the rental period. My only complaint is that they were insistent on getting the car back hours before the agreement ended, as they didnt allow any leeway between bookings. They informed me that the deposit would take 21 days to return, to cover any parking or speeding fines. This seemed understandable until the 21 days passed with no deposit return. I messaged them, and they kept saying tomorrow, and then suddenly stopped replying. Avoid this Car Rental Company at all costs. Radisson Hotel should be more discerning about their business partnerships, as this is extremely poor service.

Ferrari and Lamborghini will remain in my thoughts for a lifetime! Everything was clear, fast and of high quality, the cars are perfect, and most importantly clean, the guys are responsive, always ready to answer all questions and help if difficulties arise. Thank you very much for these unforgettable, bright emotions! I especially want to say a special thank you for the Mega cool photos and videos that Arif took for us, keep that in mind! I recommend it to everyone, believe me, there is also a bonus in the form of prices, they are simply super and quite realistic compared to others! BIG SCAM RUN AWAY!!!!! ATTENTION!!!! Thieves, be ashamed of your work . I rented a car for 1 day, which I picked up at 5 p.m. instead of noon and which I returned at 11 p.m. instead of the next day. During the contract they kept my husbands passport for scanning and they never gave it back to us. I didnt have any cash on me so I had to give my bank card, where he was only supposed to put the money aside but they withdrew it, we didnt say anything because he told us well give it back to you within 21 days. In the evening we return the car, no problem, no scratches. The next day we wake up very early to go to the airport where we have our flight, once arrived at the airport we look for the passport which he has not returned to us, we leave by express to the hotel to collect it. Once arrived, the agency still did not open so the hotel reception told us to wait until 11 a.m. (it was 7 a.m.) and this was just IMPOSSIBLE because our flight is at 8:20 a.m. I had to have a fit for the reception to open the agency drawer to give us back our passport. Ive been waiting for my money for 3 months, I have to call them all day long to get an answer and then they disappear. They have promised me several times to reimburse me but they never do. I am very disappointed with the radisson hotel because I explain my problem to them and they do not help me. Very disappointing agency and unfortunately thief.

SCAM!!!!! This agency stole money from me. I have been following up with them for several months to get them to return the money that was taken by error . They admitted to having taken hundreds of euros and told me that the following week, I would have my refund but it has been more than 4 months since this lasted. I also spoke with other people who have also rented from this same rental agency, I learned that they too are in the same situation as me, with sums of up to thousands of euros. RENTAL AGENCY TO FLEE!!!!

What a great experience it was , It was one of the best moments in Dubai and we appreciated really the service they helped us where we can take nice pictures and they are really friendly people. We was not to be worried that our donation doesn t come back so I only can suggest it to you. If you wanna drive a luxury car, come here to Luxury Car Rental with a big amount of choices of luxury cars crazy !!

The best experience ever!! We rented Lambo and we completely amazed by this beautiful car!! Everyone must try out this fast and furious. I took so good videos and pictures with the Dubai city, I wish I can come back again and try out one more time. STAY AWAY!!! Do not rent any car from this place it is a complete scam we rented out 3 cars 1 of them got towed by the police, the other one had a slight scratch on the bumper and they charged us £8000 English pounds for a scratch on a plastic bumper, the other car was a mess scratches all over it and they even tried saying we scratched one of the wheels when we most definitely didn t. They also held our passports witch is illegal in Dubai and refused to give them back until we paid, when we asked for proof that the car would cost this much to repair the owner then started being hostile and saying he would make sure we wouldn t leave the country horrible people do not waste your money YOU WILL REGRET USING THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Very disappointed. Looks like a scam. I rented a car for 1 day in April. I havent been able to get my deposit back for 3 months. They just don t pick up the phone, when you call they promise to return it and then disappear from connection. It looks like this is a proven scheme and I m not the only one......
