Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive team. Their customer service is extremely poor. They stop responding to your messages as soon as they take payment. Please beware of them as they don t even refund your stay in case you vacate earlier and don t offer alternative available apartments. They are not sensitive to guest requests and do not offer any cooperation. The pictures of the apartment shown are different to the actual apartment as the apartments at Damac Maison Canal views are extremely run down, shabby and poorly furnished. Bathrooms are extremely cramped and water drips and wets the entire floor if you take a shower. Very poorly maintained apartment overall

Very very bad dealing from the owner and very dirty flat . I came and I found the flat was very dirty with bad smell and I cancelled the rent but they didn t give me any money back although the rent was for one week, they should at least give me 50%. Please if you want to enjoy your holiday don t rent it. I m Abdullah from Saudi Arabia.

Contacted Al Ashrafia for a weekend holiday and I couldnt be thankful enough for the very warm hospitality theyve extended. Reservation was very smooth up until the check in time. The room was very clean and all the staff are very welcoming and professional. I will surely book the next time around. So far, theyre the best host Ive encountered. Thank you Al Ashrafia.

Awful experience, please avoid. Was given a different apartment than requested, this one has water dripping from the ceiling and management will do nothing to fix my situation. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Very serious people were patient with us and welcomed us immediately and gave us useful pointers for our stay in Dubai. They responded immediately to our requests. Dream location, cleanliness and complete utilities, I recommend this agency, but especially Mr. Mohab is of note 10. I will come back reading as much as possible The city is from the 22nd century!

**Beware ****Beware*** Ive been to 15 countries and 2 war zones. I rather live in a tent then stay at this location. Would never recommend this particular residence to anyone, especially if you are sensitive to the dust in the air. This experience was terrible from the moment we arrived. We waited two hours to check in. My fiancé started sneezing from the dust in the AC to the point of bleeding from the nose. Instead of hiring an A/C company to clean the duct. They used a broom. I have pics if you need proof.We informed them, of which they came to try and sort it out,but to no avail, so to save ourselves we asked for cancellation and refund of which was troublesome, we ended up staying for the whole week, which they charged us for because they kept delaying our cancelation. If youre an expat or tourist best advice dont get ripped off by these guys, if you feel this place is not good for you cancel immediately. Or they will not make repairs timely and will charge you for the days you stay at their location.which was not supposed to happen as they were refusing to give us our money back. They gave us the run around and the lack of utter care they showed was a true sentiment to their business ethics and customer care. ***take caution

Had a great stay in DAMAC Maison Mall street! The service was very good, once arrived at the apartment I could immediately enter the apartment because we already did the check in online. Mr. Mohab was very nice in receiving us in the apartment and explaining how everything works. The apartment was in a good state and had a beautiful view on Burj Khalifa, even the fountain show was partially visible from the apartment. Next time I will definitely book this apartment again.

Best place to stay in Dubai. I stayed at All ashrafia homes in September. Is excellent. This is my 3 time and not planing to change this ever. My last stay was in 66 the floor with outstanding view of Burj khalifa.

I had a wonderful stay in the apartment for week. The staff are very accomodating and friendly especially those Filipina. They kept the apartment very clean and organized. Excellent job! Will book again through this company.

Never rent an apartment with them , they will steal your money , very bad service and no property , you give them a security deposit and they never give it back to you !!!!!! And very high priceds!!!!

Thank you for being a great host. The best location, spacious apartment with great amenities! Mohab is amazing! He waited for us even though we arrived late, showed us all the amenities, downloaded useful apps and was helpful the whole trip. The manager is also amazing! We were able to leave the bags at their office after check out and he helped us with all the questions we had! Coming back for sure! Perfect place ! Great company !
