Very satisfied with the cleanliness and easy access to their magnificent airbnb view tower park that Mcone living offers. They are impeccably kind and provide remarkable service!! Always available if needed, I will surely come back to this hotel to stay. Thanks again to the whole team!

The toilet seat was broken when I arrived. After I checked out, they wrote that everything was fine, but after 2 weeks they demanded a refund for the board that I did not break. Moreover, there was no mirror in the bathroom in the apartment and the stove did not work.

Shocking company. totally unhelpful in almost every aspect. unwilling to respond to issues for several days. no acknowledgement upon completed requests. merely after our money and no form of customer service skill within the entire company. DO NOT USE under any circumstance.

Biggest Fraud of a company they re! if you re travelling to Dubai from Abroad, DO NOT book your stay with them, you will regret doing this. They will leave you stranded last minute like they did to me with no remorse whatsoever. Their communication is appalling, and customer satisfaction does not exist. Zero percent poor. I was stranded in Dubai with no place to stay for 7 hours after they cancelled my stay on the day of check in and I had already made full payment prior to my arrival. The apartment was still occupied, and the occupants made me understand their stay in the apartment was still valid and they re not to be checked out. The company management lied that booking platform had cancelled my stay via a telephone call to them. The lies were so unreal. Yet I was not informed, and my booking status was still reflecting as confirmed with full payment made.

McCone Living is one of the best Holiday Homes in Dubai. I booked a stay at Boulevard Heights in Downtown and the place is perfect for tourist like me. Place is accessible to famous spots here in Dubai. I have the perfect view from my window too. Will surely recommend these guys to everybody. Hoping to back on Winter and book with you! Thank you for making my Dubai trip memorable.

We had long vacation in Dubai and stayed at Rahaal 1 Madinat Jumeirag Living with my husband. We enjoyed our staycation and our apartment is few minutes walk going to the beach! So much love it. Price is cheap to what you are getting, and their team is very accommodating and helpful! Planning to go back in Dubai this Winter and will choose McCone Living again. Will recommend you guys to family and friends! Keep up the good work.

Great service, I booked a property for 1 month and these guys have been super professional. I was met by the host upon check in and out, and enjoyed every day of my stay. They were there for me every-time my family and I needed something.

These guys are a scam - was renting short-term with them for a year, and they kept changing the price every month keeping it higher than the market, and ended up deducting 850 aed for cleaning and repainting out of the security deposit - this is not what the security deposit is for. The apartment is a short-term rental, so cleaning is already part of the cost. Such a shame they treat a loyal customer like this. Never again.

I have asked the following agent to meet and check an apartment on a following day that we arranged and agreed on. He comes and informs that someone viewed the apartment and already took it , but doesn t inform the other client that it has been reserved and that client has been waiting for 2 weeks. This is not professional, and your clients shouldn t wait for you. You need to inform your clients that the unit has been taken and not make them wait. Very unprofessional
