Excellent spot. Clean, big rooms with kitchen and laundry. Great gym and pool. Wish the steam room were not being repaired but otherwise great visit.

One of our worst Marriott experiences to date. We had to wait for 1.15 hours to get a room allocated. When allocated, the cleaners cleaned the wrong room, no communication between the teams at all. We were assigned to tower B, the worst nightmare, because there was no reception. If the card is deactivated, you are supposed to call reception; the reception direct you to voice mail. We need to pray and wait until somebody appears before us to help. They go to the other tower, which takes 15mins, so you spend more time in the lobby. We were given one key for a three-bedroom. When asked why, they forgot to allocate more keys. The trip was planned to spend some quality time with my parents, but the experience from Marriott made it really worse for everyone in my family. If you are planning to go there, please stick to tower A, maybe you get better service.
