Wonderful experience staying at this apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. What really stood out was Claire, the person in charge. Absolutely terrible service! I rented an apartment from this company. First of all, half of the amenities were not working! Even the door smart lock wouldnt lock the entrance door, it would just fall into my hand every time I would try to use it! Several times I discovered that the door was unlocked all night! The stove didnt work, the power would go off in the kitchen every day. When I told Livbnb about the issues, they treated me like a criminal! At the end they charge me from my deposit saying that some items are missing from the apartment! INSANE! I will NEVR RENT FROM THE AGAIN! And I would never trusted them my property to manage!

I had a bad experience with Livbnb through Airbnb. During the booking process, I interacted with representative Alissa Jam regarding an additional deposit of 400 , which we were asked to pay. After completing the payment, the booking was canceled, and we only received 70 of the total 2000 paid for the Airbnb booking. Since then, we have reached out multiple times to her to clarify the status of the deposit and booking amount but have not received any further updates. I understand that there may be delays, but I would appreciate clearer communication to resolve the situation. Now we may need to explore other options, such as contacting the bank, to resolve the matter

This trip brought me many adventures. But when I got to the apartment, I was pleasantly surprised. The apartment was perfectly clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, this is especially important for those traveling with children, the washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board are really mega comfortable, and the window from the shower with a view of the sea made me dream even more than I did I can also an incredible view from the balcony, a private beach, there are restaurants on the first floor, 4 minutes to a large shopping center, all these things are just a perfect ideal. The apartment is cozy and atmospheric! Also, the manager Zeke Alfonso gave me a lot of useful information and a lot of support, he is an incredible person I felt comfortable and safe! This is invaluable support when you travel alone with a child. Thank you very much for the incredible atmosphere and care

I stayed for 6 nights. The place of residence is beautiful and the location of the hotel is the most beautiful, close to the beach, the GBR and Ain Dubai. The sounds of music are somewhat annoying and can be heard in the bedroom The speaker is clean and fully serviced. The staff are excellent What is wrong with the place is that you enter at 3 pm and leave at 11 pm. There is a one-hour grace period, or you pay 300 dirhams per hour, and this is annoying.

Absolutely amazing stay with livbnb. I love it so much I ended up extending my stay. I stayed in the dunya tower which is conveniently located right next to the Dubai mall the location is unbeatable. The building was clean and the staff was kind and professional. There were a few things missing in the apartment upon arrival but Jaymee made sure to coordinate with me to make sure I received the items immediately. She was great to work with and very responsive. 10/10 Stayed for 14 days, Jaymee was so helpful. So prompt. Replied literally staight away, after hours too! I intially was looking on AirBnB, but instead I was recommended to use Livbnb by a friend, and I musy say, the prices were significantly better, and the apartment size was much bigger than those I saw on AirBnB. I will be using Livbnb more in the future. Can only recommend them to everybody who wants to stay in Dubai. 10/10 service.

The owner of the apartment canceled the reservation 1 day before moving in, and I discovered the cancellation when I arrived at the place in Dubai. Over the phone, the information was different from the real one: first he said that the cancellation took place on the booking side (bur booking says what the owner of the apartment himself canceled the PAID reservation), then he said that the cancellation was due to the recent rain - but I am now in this building, and it was absolutely not damaged - there is not a single room or service that is closed. and I think the real reason remains not at this level. So - we spent a lot of time and money on the flight, and we find out that the reservation was canceled - simply because the owner of the apartment wanted it !!!. If I had canceled the booking, I would have been charged the entire amount. this is a situation that leaves a person on the street when he arrives in another city, although he took care of everything in advance and paid for everything - so if you don t want to spend the night on the street, definitely choose another service. The excuse that they didn t call me one day before check-in is complete nonsense - I had several flights and most of this time my phone could not work! Can you imagine what it s like for older people to come to another city and stay without housing for the night? To all questions in the chat that was active before moving in, in this situation there are 0 answers - you will not receive any answer because this was originally intended, IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO SPEND THE NIGHT ON THE STREET - DO NOT choise them I received a response to this review literally a few hours later, but AFTER ALL THIS TIME I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE MESSAGE IN THE CHAT WITH ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS, ATTEMPTES TO SETTLE THE SITUATION, OR ANYTHING SIMILAR. The chat is completely ignored - as if there was no booking.

I want to join the review about the dirty villa (4+1 Villa in Palma Residences). I experienced this experience on myself! It was unpleasant to communicate with the managers of this agency. They only see you as a bag of money. The villa itself is located conveniently and on a closed territory, has its own beach. But the agency does not follow the house, so it wears out faster. Cleaning is a separate topic. We were not satisfied with the quality of cleaning, we said about it. The manager replied that the cleaners have to leave and they can come tomorrow. We stood our ground, because there is no sense to be in a dirty house. The same cleaning crew arrived in 20-30 minutes. As soon as we told them where they need to clean, manager almost immediately began to write to us and began again to say that the team should leave. What a nonsense... The whole family concluded that before us the villa stood for a long time without cleaning. And about dirty things on the territory was no point in writing. We saw them only when a neighbor trimmed the bushes. By the way, it was very surprising to go out in the morning in a swimsuit and find a man with a bare torso on the territory. We were not warned that the staff comes to the neighbor to cut greenery!!!! Result: dirty floors and drinking utensils, everywhere dust and sand with dirt, dirty toilets, the upper terrace was not washed at all, no household chemicals, no personal hygiene products, you have to ask and buy everything yourself! The manager was half an hour late for check-out

My husband and I are absolutely delighted. The apartment is just perfect for 2 people. The marina is located at the foot of the building as well as a CARREFOUR MARKET. The metro is 10 minutes away, there is only one bridge to cross and the tram is 2 minutes away. The gym and sunny swimming pool are really nice. The apartment is very very well equipped. Dirty place When we arrived and saw dirt everywhere, we asked the agent to clean up our place more thoroughly. Whowever he said that the guys have to go to the next place. 1. Dust and sand everywhere, dirty floors, dishes, sofas, sun beds, dusty upper terrace with rusty water 2. There were no household chemicals, personal hygiene supplies, towels, toilet paper on arrival 4. Dirty and smelly grill, when we opened it, we were just horrified! 5. The kitchen was washed with a smelly cloth. We couldnt go in there for another hour. 6. There were old things from the previous visitors. We bought all chemicals ourselves! The cleaners came to us later that day. The moment they arrived the agent wrote to us that they have to go to another place, again. The grill was washed and sand and dust were smeared. They brought some chemicals, towels, 1 small shower gel per room and toilet paper (not new rolls)! We left villa cleaner than it was! LivBnb is also asking for deposit of 4000 AED.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We booked an apartment in Dubai Marina for four months, and it turned out to be a nightmare. The pictures they provided beforehand were misleading; the apartment looked luxurious, but in reality, it was old, dirty, run-down, and there were a lot of small cockroaches. This company is incredibly irresponsible and only seems concerned with their profit margins, not their clients experiences.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We booked with LivBNB an apartment for 4 months in the Dubai Marina, we had the worst experience ever. Literally every piece of furniture broke (everything was very old and damaged). A lot of promises were broken. We paid extra to receive a workspace, we only got a wobbly desk delivered without chair. So the host promised us to refund us, but we never received the refund, it was apparently done by the host behind managements back. The host got fired while we were there and the company is not taking any responsibility for this horrible experience. All it puts is blame on this employee. In their own words: We have discovered that the communication breakdowns and service inadequacies you faced were significantly associated with the actions of Ms. *** as these issues were not escalated to our management in order for our company to take action.. Their response was this even though their employee has mentioned several times to us she would speak to management. This company is clearly irresponsible and is only thinking about their profit margins and not about their clients. They like to hide behind contractual agreements instead of taking responsibility. Please use another company which takes responsibility for their employees actions.

Be careful. They will use any noise excuse to kick you out without giving a refund. And then rent it again to make double the revenue. Youve been warned UPDATE: Your reply is completely misleading. Regardless of the disagreement, we agreed on a solution in which we will leave after the 4th day, and you will refund us the balance 26 days. You kept pretending you are processing our refund immediately, when we left you said no refund. I have whatsapp conversations and voice note to prove this. And I opened a complaint from my side with DMTC.

Paid a high rent for an apartment with Liv through the agent Alissa: Damac Waves 3bed penthouse with a pool . Constant AC issues, roof leaks and eventual complete flooding happened during our extended stay. Nothing was compensated for and there was a constant stream of the agency Liv s labourers not fixing things correctly. AC was never fixed properly, as it needs a part that you didn t want to pay for. After Alissa confirmed in writing we would receive our full deposit back, Liv later decided to deducting AED500 for a faulty access card. When I asked to speak to the landlord about this extortionate demand, Liv refused. Extremely disappointing experience and wouldn t recommend renting the apartment or using this agency. They also turned the chiller off in the pool so it was too uncomfortable to use.

I rented an appartement from vip castle on December 2022 for 2 month the appartement is located in Sadaf4 building n 402 JBR. The appartement is opposite a construction site 24/7 the noise level is unbelievable and there s no view. A person called SAM checked us in and clearly he mentioned that there are two lamps broken glass that was broken by the previous tenants ok i paid the full amount and we checked in during my stay Azra was following up from there office The day of check out at my biiig surprise they are charging me for the lamps that we spoke about it first day if i ask sam he said you see with azra these guys are cheaters i contacted azra and Sam but both are not responding please guys be aware they will charge you extra and take away your deposit and believe me their appartement does not worth the price im very disappointed Very very very bad experience i don t recommend VIP CASTLE to anybody

On my recent trip to Dubai, I stayed at VIPCASTLES for a week. The location is stunning with breathtaking views across the marina and palm. The service is exemplary, nothing I have experienced anywhere else. The host Mr Ramneek, picked me up from the airport in a rolls Royce and in record time had me at the residence. He personally hand delivered me and my luggage to my room and had his private cook prepare breakfast. He even arranged my night life during my stay, including a wonderful night at Bagatelle. If you want not just a hotel stay but also a friend for life, I recommend booking VIPCASTLES

Dubai is known to be the city of luxury , and WOW does VIPCASTLES know luxury, from the airport pickup all until the airport drop off, the company took excellent care of me and the family, always very responsive and understanding of my requests (as my son requires certain air conditions ). Mr Ramneek is a representation of genuine Hospitality Head down , treating customers with respect. I stayed at the Bluewaters property and i could not be happier waking up to that sea view every morning while the private chef cooked my Lovely English breakfast. Timur , Samuel and the team really took care into showing me and my family the best sights in Dubai for very affordable prices! i highly recommend booking any property with this company as you will be well taken care of and get the best value for your money!

I made a reservation with this agency, the apartments are beautiful but be careful, you will never get your deposit back. They will look for any detail to ensure that you never reimburse you. This place saved my trip while I was in dubai, After Atlantis had cancelled my booking these guys found me a place in less than 30 minutes with the an un comparable rate compared to other places. I highly recommend you book with them without checking any other places as they re very genuine and have the best properties in UAE at your finger tips!
