I stayed at one of their properties for around 5 months. Super comfortable and clean with new furnishings. I didn t want to leave! Rica was great, always on hand to help. Very professional and friendly. I would definitely use Huaxia again.

We rented an apartment through this agency and everything was fine until we moved out, in my opinion they took too much for painting from the deposit! The wall was dull and grey, very easily soiled in itself. They took the cost for painting the entire apartment Depreciation should not be paid out of the pocket of customers! I think its unfair!

Im writing this review as a person who lived in Dubai for many years My experience with atta khan and his company was something you cannot even see in 5-star hotels First, he was on time which no one is here in Dubai He was super welcome Very professional He cares about the apartment and his guests a lot The room was beyond my imagination Everything so clean Organized Without even single dust When I walked inside the room I was shocked at how perfect was this room My check-in experience was so smooth Again he brought cleaning services before I arrived Water.fruit.coffee and everything was ready same as a 5-star hotel And the one thing I can say is I trust him so much because by mistake I gave him 10000 Derham extra and he returned I didnt even know I gave him that extra money, you cant find this kind of person this day Im so happy with this company for having such a carrying honest professional person working there. So as a resident of Dubai, I recommend this company and Mr atta khan. I trust them 100%

An agent name: Atta khan gave me great service, the room was very clean and tidy, there was no peculiar smell, and the requirements of the tenants were met one by one, and they were dealt with in a timely manner after we reported the situation, which was great! Please look for Atta khan when you buy a house or rent it. Once satisfied and handled promptly after we reported the situation, great! Please contact Atta khan when buying a house or viewing a house.
