As an owner I strongly recommend not work with this company according my experience. I signed the contract with them for short term rental. 80 percent of the guest I provided by myself via Airbnb.but the final point was the situation that I dealing with now. I came back to Dubai to check the apartment and found a lot of damages done to the furniture,walls etc.even the TV stand top was cracked! Front door lock was damaged(it appeared that the door broken up by building security for unknown reason), walls scratched, TV box and blender is dead, bed sets and plaid missing etc. Ana who we sighed the contact with just disappeared and does not reply.i am going to report DTCM regarding this issue. There a lot of responsible companies in Dubai.This one id DEFINITELY not one of them!!

Dealt with an extremely unprofessional agent - Irina - who upon my request of amending our dates (as per contract) she refused and immediately canceled our booking and send back the refund. This was two weeks before our planned stay and as a result we had to frantically search for new accommodation. As per the signed contract, we had all the legal rights to amend our dates as requested. The refund was processed however the company deducted the transaction fees from our account. Would recommend not to deal with this agency due to their lack of professionalism and bad attitude.

The building has great amenities, very nice decor and it s in a great location that gives access to almost everything you could want on during your vacation , walking distance from the beach, close to mall, near tram and metro. I wish to express my disappointment with the service provided by HASHTAG Holiday Home. We had scheduled a viewing of an apartment, but unfortunately, the agent failed to attend at the agreed time. Upon contacting him, we were informed that he could not make it and suggested we view the property independently as it was accessible. Upon arrival, we discovered the apartment was occupied, adding to the inconvenience. Subsequently, we were presented with a rental price that exceeded the initial quote by over 30%. This discrepancy in pricing was not communicated beforehand and significantly deviated from our expectations. Such inconsistencies in communication and pricing were unprofessional and misleading, leading to a wasted trip and a negative experience overall.

Update: Irina called me to rectify the situation and she assessed that I left the apartment clean so she refunded my deposit in full. Thanks Irina for your assistance. Stayed in 1 bedroom in JVC. Apartment was full of cockroaches even after pest control. The handover was okay, they did promise but not deliver like 2 big dirty carpets were kept in the small balcony and I kept asking what they plan to do with it. No reply. I had to bug them daily for 2 weeks for the access cards. Lamps were not working. Stove and oven wasnt working so they provided hot plate. Pool was closed. Vacuum cleaner wasnt working. We had to figure out which router among the many routers in storage was the one that was working. That should have been done prior to check-in. Keep in mind the sanitation for 1 bedroom apartment is 600aed. Even when I had to clean the apartment as soon as I checked in as it was still dirty. I sent them photos as proof. So say goodbye to your deposit . Also its been 2.5 weeks after I checked out and I still do not have the rest of my deposit.

We had been renting an apartment in Downtown Dubai managed by Hashtag for 1 month. The company and its employees made positive impression. Thanks to Irina and Shafic they helped by viewing and handover process.The rent was arranged quickly and in suitable time. He showed the apartment, all the facilities (pool, gym, parking place, etc.) explained everything in details and patiently answered for all questions. Check-in process went smoothly. He also was in contact and rapidly solved some maintenance issues that we had. The apartment itself was small, but comfortable. There were all necessary house appliances, kitchenware, and furniture. The WORST experience ever!!!!! We booked an apartment in St Regis, the Palm, apartment number 2417. We arrived to a totally dirty apartment full of insects. The mattress was full of hair and some alive insects (bed bugs???) Some small flies ( alive and dead) were throughout in the apartment. Obviously we requested a refund back, but they only offered a pest control service. We dealt with Irina, an agent that is opposite to helpful and efficient. This scammer company still keeps 11600aed of my money.

Very bad experience, I have booked the property in Marquise Square for 6 days. Unprofessional staff, this guy was rude to welcome the client and he didnt give the towels and floor mat on the check in time, he only give very ugly dirty towel and he didnt informed the inventory and the worst thing when I checked out he said there is missing glass and he took my video without my permission and we all knew this is illegal in Dubai. After Inspection the other lady said there is make up on the towel which is can be clean by the laundry company and she said also there is broken wall. I was lucky I made video before check in so I have proved that it happened before. She also said I was the first client ever stay in that property while when I check in there is another client just checked out. They are not respect the client, very unhappy paid a lot of money with the service from this Agency. I have all evidence and witness when all of this happened, I have recorded his phone when he is panicking doesnt want to show me his phone because he did took my video. I booked this place BEFORE EID why dont you prepare everything as you know I will stay there on EID holiday ? And I did viewing before I book this place, everything was perfect but when I checked in all not the same, do you thing you honest to the client ? What should I say then ? You not give me towels, floor mat, hand soap and even tissue toilet, this is the very basic things you need to provide. Of course I will ask those things, doesnt matter you are on holiday or not, you have client then you should be ready for any requests mostly the towels I dont get. I dont ask anything else on EID except towels and floor mat until my last check out you not even give single tissue toilet. Then why you want extra money for those things I should get on my stay ? You are agency holiday home then you should know the basic job of hospitality. I didnt say you took my money!! I said you tried with all of those issues you cant prove. You refund my deposit after I send you the video I was lucky took it before stayed because no one explain whats broken in the property. You cannot complain things after Inspection. When I left the property he just informed those 3 things: Plate, missing glass, and wall has been cleaned I have all the proved. If you cant accept bad reviews from the clients then try to change your services. You are threatening to Sue me for this comment #great service

The apartment is beautiful , we loved this apartment so much , the view from the bedrooms are amazing , full sea view, we enjoyed taking our coffee at the balcony ,the building has nice pool but we preferred staying at the beach, there was even sun beds . The supermarket is in the building so we did not have to drive long to get everything we needed right when we checked in . It was super easy , we felt like home ,100 percent worth of money !

Avoid dealing with this agency. We stayed at Park Gate Residence. We had leackage and Hashtag agency couldnt provide any assistance. When I signed the contract they hid extra fees which you are to pay at the check out no one told us before. When we extended our stay they charged us agency commission once again although we were existing tenants at the same time trying to fools us by asking us to check out earlier saying that we pay not for night but for days which is ridiculous. Very bad impression. Do not recommend.

Stayed at a Hashtag Home in The Greens. Very functional & bright apartment with a lot of natural light. Irina was easy to work with and flexible, as sending an international wire took several days. The rates are decent and a good value. Initially a lot in the unit didnt work as I was the first one to stay in this apartment (hot water, dishwasher, stove) but Irina got the handymen over to fix them. Shafiq was also helpful in addressing the issues in the interim. The apartment has a nice, earthy feel. All appliances are new. It is compact in a good way. The balcony overlooks the lush corridor in the complex, with many many birds flying around and chirping. A very tropical feel- and a rarity here in the desert. Noise is an issue in this unit as its popular with families and I am sensitive to noise. However, working with security, the noise was reduced. I would stay in a Hashtag Home again and recommend them.

We were in the apartment 15 days and our experience was very nice. Location is perfect with very nice views to the Burj Khalifa. The swimming pool is quite large, and I also enjoyed went to the gym. The apartment is high, clean and new. It s quite closed to every where as it has the highway very near. Ms Anna is very kind and professional. We really recommend this apartment, and we will come back.
