So glad I found this property. Its really value for money. Good option for accommodation if you have dining plans away from the hotel restaurant (after all theres so many choices at the Palm). Very good size and layout. Two full bath for 2-BR apt. Would be great is theres shower curtain on all bathrooms (tub). Fitted with essential appliances (theres no pots and pans though). Easy check-in and check out.

I had a negative experience interacting with the realtor from this agency. A day before the scheduled time, I asked twice if the meeting was confirmed. The agent assured me that everything was okay and that the time worked for him. I arrived at the building at the scheduled time, but the agent was not there. My call went unanswered, but I received a message saying the apartment was open and could be viewed. However, security said that viewing requires a viewing permit or an accompanying agent. I informed the agent about this, and he replied that he could be there in 20 minutes. By that time, he should have already been at the scheduled meeting for 10 minutes. So, he essentially suggested that I wait 30 minutes for his arrival. When I asked if he was joking, he offered to send me a video tour of the apartment, without even apologizing. This is absolute professional incompetence and blatant disrespect for other peoples time.

Address opera, the best apartment you can get in Dubai with the spectacular view of Burj khalifa and fountains. The best thing I liked was about the service from the guest relation Mr. Saajan. Extremely poor experience. They should rebrand themselves as the cheater homes as they will do anything to squeeze your security deposit. I booked 6 rooms for me and my friends family with kids. Everything seems to be ok until we checked out after a week. They told me that your security deposit will not be refunded as 2 rooms have problems. One of the rooms which was occupied by the kids have broken microwave and other room have broken glass bottle and dirty carpet. Surprisingly kids never cooked anything in microwave as they all the time were with parents eating in their room. They only went to sleep there. And the damage to microwave was also something which only a adult can make, not any kid. They kept us waiting for 2 hours and we have to leave without our refund of 1000 dirhams. They fail to show us any proof also that microwave was not damaged before we occupied the room. So its a planned scam in a way. My suggestion would be first avoid this property as you will regret later. Even if you wish to stay, dont forget to make a video of each and every product available in the room. Its quite possible that they might have placed damaged items in the room before you check in and later put blame on you.

The apartment price is very competitive with that offered for a much smaller room. Apartment of almost 90m.2 spacious. Bright, with incredible views of the Palm Jumeira, Marina, very comfortable located, just down the elevator from a shopping center with many cafes, restaurants, within the same building there are some high-level restaurants with incredible views, where you can dine enjoying views of Dubai at night . They are Sushisamba, CouCou, Aura swimming pool, floor 50, 360° views. A very good place.

Five minutes walk to Dubai Mall. The stay was excellent. The location is excellent. The area is very spacious. Two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a bathroom for guests, a room and bathroom for the maid, a laundry room, a kitchen, a hall, a balcony, and a beautiful view. The facade is all glass. The only drawback is that the furniture is worn out and dirty, and there are no good cleaning tools. Since there is no cleaning service, I would like to thank Sister Afeefa, Brother Amir, and Brother Sajan for their service..

This is the best acommodation I have ever been to! There is a million dollar room view from the 26th floor, the room is huge and extremely bright, with a terace along entire apartment. It offers an infinity pool and several amazing beaches. I would recommend it to everyone and will definitely return. location of RP heights was very good and i had a pleasant stay with my cousins. the staff service saajan and ameer was amazing and they are very helpful. the only thing i didn t like was the parking not available in the building and i had to pay for parking 600 to move n pick. also if you can include housekeeping service during the stay it will be more helpful. however, will come back again but will try different properties.

Theyre making it a pain to get our deposit back. They send this ridiculously long email, and at the end, they want unnecessary transfer details. Just the IBAN and beneficiary name should do the job. I only found out about this strange request weeks after wondering why we hadnt gotten our refund. Why all this bureaucratic hassle? Are they trying to make us forget about getting our deposit back?

This company is characterized by corruption and lacks even the basic principles of hospitality and customer service. They lack authenticity and will attempt to deceive customers by withholding deposits. Google should have a zero-star option for such companies. Avoid using them if you want a positive experience with good service and transparency. My experience with them ( amongst many other guests) was terrible and I do not recommend them.

This company is the worst. avoid staying in their properties if you are looking for good service. They are 1-star quality of a roadside motel level of service. I stayed in a property they were hired to manage and the experience dealing with them was horrid and lacked basic customer service quality. I found a bloody tissue in the bedding and the rooms were full of stains and ants. The obnoxious receptionist who lies and cheats. They claim no commission but scam you with the rates and discriminate between guests. They have a pattern of not returning deposits. Avoid by all means
