My partner and I leased a place with Better Stay for a short term lease. Jack and Enzo was our agents, they were amazing. Always going above and beyond to help us when we had issues or questions. Would highly recommend this agency.

The best rentals in Dubai! Very comfortable and very clean furnished apartment. I had an excellent experience with Aldaine Cabrera in making a booking, and the entire process. Also a fantastic price for the apartment. Best in Dubai for sure!!

I have a very positive experience with Betterhomes. I ve stayed in two of their apartments in the last two months. Their website is nice. The listings for both places that I ve stayed were very accurate. I am also very satisfied with the quality of Betterhomes apartments, I feel like the are doing a good job of selecting the best apartments for their stock. I ve had good time communicating with my agent Aldaine, he helped me through the whole process: from the point I contacted Betterhomes by email, up till recently, when he helped me to find a great alternative apartment, when I had to move from my first one. He was polite, punctual and helping. Good work, Betterhomes!

After several disappointing experiences with short-term rental companies/agents in Dubai, we have finally had a very professional encounter with BetterStay. Jack and Richard were responsive and made sure to follow our requests. When we complained about cleanliness, they immediately reacted and sent their team to deep clean. All minor maintenance issues were fixed within the same day! Best experience with short-term rentals ever; I can highly recommend their service. Thank you, Jack and Richard, for your efforts.

Rented a short term studio, literally at the last minute.. the agent, Jack Bridge, was exceptional, he worked around my hectic schedule, got me a viewing and got me into the apartment in no time. One of the best short term rental agents in Dubai. Professional customer service great team work. Thanks to my agent Shah for his professionalism, he always inform promptly of any concerns with regards to the property and or tenants. Reliable and fast acting agency. Was informing us quickly and consequently about very step they did. Whenever there was a choice between some alternatives, we always were informed by Aldaine, who is responsible for our property. Questions were answered promptly. In a short 2-week quest, I worked with #DanielleRobinson to find me an appartement in Dubai for a Winter break with family. She managed right on time, with professionalism and real-time com (despite time zone difference) to secure this lovely and fully furnished apartment in downtown Dubai (we watched New Year fireworks at Burj Khalifa from the balcony!) I am not happy with this company what so ever. They promised a good service but did not follow through. It took 55 days to contact me after i signed contract or to even sort my documentation out. items are missing from my apartment and i have spoken to the manager who still has not got back to me with a helpful answer. they put me in contact with the cleaners who again did not help. betterhomes still have my access cards and deposit which i still havent received back for nearly 3 months. i decided to cancel my contract and went to Allsopp & Allsopp Short Term Lettings who have been very helpful, a very professional company who takes things seriously. they have start tye onboading process straight away so now I am now very happy. please think twice before choicing betterhomes - holiday homes very poor service.
