I have been using Ashri Holidays Home as agent to purchase and as property management to rent out my studio apartment. They have been always very professional and they have an excellent experience to run the business. Honestly and reliability are their strong qualities. Mr Faris has always been really helpful and trustworthy, always ready to fix all issues with tenants and dealing with maintenance. Thanks to him my studio his providing me with a very high roi.

It was great experience staying at Ashri Holidays in Vera Residence in Business Bay. The apartment is as expected. And the view of Burj Khalifa from Balcony & Bedroom is Awesome..!

I recently had an experience with Ashri Properties that I feel compelled to share, as it left me quite disappointed. Despite my repeated attempts to address several concerns regarding their property services, the resolution and communication were severely lacking. Unfortunately, my enquiries went unanswered, and the level of professionalism from their representatives was not what I would expect from a company in this industry. On multiple occasions, my calls were no longer returned, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer. Effective communication and professionalism are cornerstones of customer service, especially in the properties sector. Its crucial for a company to stand behind its services and to support its clients through timely and constructive responses. I hope my feedback can serve as a constructive critique, prompting Ashri Properties to evaluate and improve their customer engagement strategies. Future customers deserve a transparent, professional, and responsive experience, which I unfortunately did not receive.
