We went to Art Residence (behind of Brands for Less & Sun and Sandsports) in Al Barsha earlier to pick up some things of my friend because they moved out. We met the building manager because he needs to make an inventory of the room. Can the higher management of the real estate educate him how to be professional and act like a real manager?!!! because obviously, he don t know how. He was so rude and unprofessional. Just because he is the manager of the building, he can act like whatever he wants. Such a shame!!!

The only good thing about this place is that it is near the metro and the mosque as well as the mall of emirates. Also the service is quite bad because we didn t have WiFi for a day and we called the service 5 times and didn t come. Finally, the bathroom s door knob is terrible, I got stuck 3 times in the toilet and it wasn t even locked!

We were satisfied, the accommodation was sufficient, clean... For very reasonable money. On the top of the building there is a swimming pool with a bar, on the ground floor there is food. Close to the center and everything necessary around and especially close. For the money, it is certainly adequate accommodation.

To start off with this review I would first rate it and then get into all the details If I had the option to select a category below stars I would select that in order to rate this hotel and its services. Grand mid West Hotel apartments dont even deserves stars calling it 1 star would not be fair to 1 star hotels. The room was clean on the first day we entered but after that I got to know they dont do your dishes that service isnt available, whatever mentioned in the inventory list was missing even after calling it was delivered. The staff would like to mention names (Mr Burhan [housekeeping manager] and Mr Dalaal [receptionist]) was extremely rude and they misbehaved all the time showing attitude and not responding to your calls or whatever it is that you asked for, not only that but they literally shouted at me when I asked for something basic. Housekeeping did not clean my room on the second day and when I called to check they simply replied by saying ohh they forgot without any valid excuse or compensation they told me to wait till morning as no one was in duty to come and serve me at that time. Also they would make the bed but never dust, at the end of the month just when I was about to leave, there was so much dust and they never even bothered to clean it Sometimes they would skip mopping or vacuuming the floor, they would not wipe the kitchen counters or the dining table which was include in the cleaning service provided. If you asked for an extra towel or toiletries they would refuse that they dont have it or not show up ever, even after calling 3 to 4 times The service was extremely slow if I would call in the morning to ask for something I would have to check with that again in the afternoon as I wouldnt have received it. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and all around the apartment which was not taken care of and also mosquitos with no proper pest control or hygiene. Even after speaking to the manager action was taken in their own sweet time. The card which had access to my room would get disabled all the time and I would have to go to the reception as their was no phone available on our floors. I was extremely disappointed by their service and work. They dont offer good customer service, hospitality and they dont know how to talk to their customers. I would highly recommend checking places around mid West as they offer same value but with much better service and space.

Never use this hotel. Horrible service especially reception staff. Weak wifi signal.. Complained several times regarding wifi signal never came at the room and never answered phone call from reception desk. I complained face to face at the reception desk directly. Never apologized and never figured it out at all. Cockroaches are all around room.

folk this hotel apartment is no longer any good place to stay like it used to be 1 year ago. everything is aged furniture has stains. and no soap or towels in washrooms. room service is done every 2nd day. if you are planning to use kitchen you will be disappointed as no utensils and pans or any thing there. also the receptionists are lazy and dont want to do their job. key card failed to open door even tho it was recharged by receptionist. hence you need to come back again to get it fixed. not recommended at all. dont get excited by seeing the low prices. philipino restaurant at the back is smelly and make the whole building and lifts smell of philipino food. avoid at all cost.

Horrible hotel...one of the worst I have stayed in . Cleanliness is very bad. I checked in at 5 am ( had booked for the previous night also) . Thank you for the hottest room This Hotel having world biggest AC but there is some disadvantages if you have any problem in air conditioner we need 15 days to check what is the problem and we need another 15 days to fix the problem in AC That much bigger AC we have in this hotel I am waiting last 15 days I think its take another 15 days to fix it Now they fixed the AC problem I have complained about the AC only Now everything fine

This was a very special day for me, its sad to say it had being ruined by the lady at the front desk in the evening of 2/10/18 (name being Mrs. Sofia or Shoba). She had treated me very rudely, this wasnt the service I was expecting , after paying extra for early check-in at 12:pm, I was satisfied by the morning shift , but the lady at the front desk placed for evening shift was horrible , she had no absolute sense of respect towards customers, she had acted very rudely, and recated very bad over slight misunderstanding, she threatened to call the police and also threatened to kick me out of the hotel, after talking to her face to face she was still rude , she had kept arguing with me and asking questions that were non of her business. Have been to many hotels , but this is a first time in Dubai , that the staff has ruined my evening and my stay , due to slight misunderstandings. If you come for comfort over here , I strongly suggest to pick another place

Went for 7 days trip. Were supposed to get standard double room but it wasnt cleaned yet so they temporarily let us stayed in a bigger room. Ok thats nice. But throughout the whole stay, they didnt give us any kettle, water, or coffee. The living room is dusty and stinks of cigarette smells whenever we come back from outside. We told the staff about it and they will always say they gonna clean the room but never follow up. Theres no breakfast in the morning either. The restaurant at level 1 is not from the hotel and you have to pay to have meals there. and the good thing is its always closed. 10/10 NEVER GOING BACK.

Its hotel apartment you cant expect the same facilities and services just like a regular hotel. But room is too spacious than a standard room in hotel so even 4 peopel can stay. We use the studio deluxe there is 1 master br, 1 small room with 2 single bed inside, kitchen is nice to used, you can eat comfortable, big living room and the balcony ia nice to standby. The room with breakfast is not foos to recommend only ots a regular breakfast only you can buy at the grocery outside and have your own toasted bread ans coffee instead. Their is electric kettle, bread toster, microwave, washing machine and big refrigerator. Its just lang a studiio apartment. The reception were considerate too. The were open to their guests. The location is accessible near to metro station groceries restaurants and mall 1 metro station stop only ang youll be in Mall of Emirates.

It was rediculous to be there .the behavior of the receptionist was the worst she was such a liar to us that we were surprised what she did to us . We paid extra money and bought the best room of the hotel next day she just made story to us and she alloted that same room to another person and transferred our valuable to another cheaper room .she was such a disgusting person . I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. I forgot my jacket in the wardrobe when I moved out and called them back the next day once i realized its missing. When I called them to ask if they have found it, they claimed they didnt. I then visited the hotel the following day and they claimed no one from their staff would dare to take it. So if you do end up leaving something in their hotel by mistake and expect it back, chances are you wont get it. Which is a pity because I really liked that leather jacket. The hotel is otherwise in a great location and the apartments decent but not too clean
