I didnt stay in the property but I managed the booking in behalf of our company. It was such a very smooth transaction from the viewing, check-in process of our guest, and until the check out. Hey there , stayed at the Property over the summer . Really welcoming unit and well spaced. The house is tastefully furnished and attention to detail . The beddings are in perfect condition. Amenetities in the house was superb I brought my 1 year old toddler along and Mike was very accomadating with everything .highly recomended unit while staying in Dubai

Great place to stay. Very secure building and the apartment is well furnished. Apartment is newly set up with a good view from the balcony. Ambient, furniture and interior designing is well set to calm your mind. Great place to stay for the holiday as well as on business stays. Building contains all the amenities. Mike is very helpful in arranging everything and helpful.

Had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Partial Sea View in Dubai Marina. The apartment has everything you could possibly need for your stay. There is also small convience store close by if you need anything. Is a great location between Palm and Downtown. Mike was a great host, is helpful, checks in with you and is available when you need him. I highly reccommend this apartment if staying in Dubai.

I ve stayed multiple times at this apartment. The management team is excellent. Mike is amazing and very attentive. The apartment is on high floor of Tower 2 overlooking Palm Jumeirah and great view of the Atlantis. The area is quiet and serene. You have direct access to the private beach. There is a pharmacy nearby as are two coffee shops. Parking g is provided in the secured garage and the building is protected by security apparatus 24/7. I highly recommend this apartment as well as the management team.

The unit is amazing.. all what you need is available. They took a good care of all the details. It exceeded my expectation. I originally booked 4 nights because I always like to change locations during the vacation, but because I liked it so much I extended for 4 more nights. The host (Mike) is really helpful, so friendly and respond so quick, he is amazing guy and definitely when I come back to Dubai I will book with him again.

Marina Gate apartement has everything you need, location is excellent as it is central and near to everything, such as transport and shops. Clarisse from Arabian Holidays is a brilliant host, who not only provides everything but also gives you all the details you need for your stay- and responds to messages so quickly! I must say I was hesitant to put under lease my appartment, although I have thought about it for some time, but ever since I first contacted Arabian Holidays and was put in contact with Jade, all was going so easy and so smooth.
