I am truly disappointed with my recent experience. During checkout, I did not receive my full deposit back because I was told a hairdryer and cutlery were missing. However, there was no hairdryer in the apartment when I arrived, and the cutlery was left exactly as I found it. When I questioned the deduction, the agent insisted that their reports indicated a hairdryer was present, essentially affirming that the customer is lying. I would recommend ALH to make sure these reports are accurate, the consequences of them not being accurate is deducting where it shouldnt be deducted, and leaving a tenant who is paying premium prices being called a thief. This is the only bad experience I had in Dubai so far.

Excellent apartments for a family, well located, close to the sea. The only small negative is that there is no sea view. The location was really good located in heart of Dubai with just a couple of minutes being away from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Very bad experience after spending 8 months with overrated Rent , very noisy Neighbourhood because of the construction site, starting 7 Am vibrating the whole room while sleeping , the management company of the apartment very bad specially the guy who is handling the building Abdullah very rude and unproffissional , sending me damage report with things been in the apartment upon check in just to not pay the deposit back. Not recommending anyone to deal with this company at all

When we first stumbled upon this flat on , it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online.Rafiullah was the most thoughtful, gracious host.He helped me either to find a rental car in a great price!! He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs.Pool with amazing view ! Me and my friends had a great time! The place is great with a beautiful view to the marina. It was very easy to access the Marina Walk directly from the building where you can find nice restaurants with friendly people everywhere. The JBR beach area is also just a a short walk away. From the beginning Rafiullah was taking good care of us. Since I am in a wheelchair I had some special requests and Raf was just without even a question magically taking care of everything and just made it happen. The kindness and amount of effort he put in to set up everything for us was unbelievable and made us right away feel like we are at a family home. Thanks for everything!
