Unprofessional and suspicious behavior Beware of this company! We made a booking with 360 Vacation Homes Rental in Dubai and paid a deposit. A week before our scheduled move-in, we were suddenly told that we either had to pay a significantly higher price or the booking would be canceled. The landlord claimed to have another customer willing to pay more and demanded that we pay the higher rate. The company now claims that no such demand was made, but I have screenshots of the WhatsApp messages that clearly show the contrary. We were explicitly told that unless we paid more, the booking would be canceled. In addition, I have written confirmation of the reservation, proving that we made the booking in good faith and complied with all terms. They also claim that the 400 Dirham deduction from our refund was due to exchange rates or fees, but this is clearly inaccurate, as the deducted amount was never explained during the refund process. It is clear that 360 Vacation Homes Rental is attempting to have this review removed, but we will ensure that the truth remains visible. Google cannot remove a factual, honest review backed by clear evidence, and we stand by every statement made here. We have also reported the case to Dubai Tourism (DTCM), and even though they claim the case is closed, we still believe that their actions are unprofessional and potentially fraudulent. This kind of mafia-like behavior is highly unprofessional and does not represent the image of Dubai or the UAE. Such conduct damages the reputation of the city and the country. We strongly advise against doing business with 360 Vacation Homes Rental. Their conduct is unacceptable, and they should be held accountable for their actions.

The apartment is very comfortable, well-lit, and in good condition. The cleanliness has been excellent. They have always attended to my suggestions promptly and made an effort to fulfill everything described. The residence is comfortable and has a spacious gym and pool. I have felt very good during my stay in this apartment.

My experience with the 360 Vacation Homes was the best! The studio apartment was nice, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location in JVC was perfect, and the amenities made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend against using this company. They took 1k deposit and refused to give it back. No response, no receipts, illogical explanations. They will just shadow you and keep your money.
