One of the worst experiences I had with them and I wasted my time with them. The person who holds the number has bad manners and has no manners. His style is dirty and he does not respect customers. I am surprised by the owner of the halal restaurant, how he delivers halal to people in this manner. They are the main face of the customers. There is no communication style and no conversation style. I would never recommend dealing with them if you rent a car from them. One dirham and more than that is enough for you. Their reviews are all people are offended by them

I do not recommend doing business at all. The insurance amount is 2000 riyals. If you pay it, you will be fine. They are procrastinating the matter every day. But I will come to Dubai, God willing, and I will reach a better understanding with them face to face. There is no judge or supervisor in the whole company, and people should not read the store s comments before renting.

I will talk about my experience briefly. I had a month to contact them and chose the car I wanted and we agreed on the price, days and dates. I sent the flight ticket and everything on the basis that he would reserve the car for me on the agreed upon date. He told me that the Egyptian employee confirmed it for me a day before, and it happened and it was confirmed a day before and everything was done, and of course I did not take a car. From the airport and nothing depended on them and on the reservation we had, I was surprised that on the day I was supposed to receive the car, he told me it was not available even though I had a month to contact them and I confirmed it a day before and he said fine and he gave me the ok the day before!! In the end, he hurt me. Frankly, I do not recommend dealing with him in terms of reservations and other arrangements. I don t know. May God grant success to everyone. A very bad experience.

I rented a Mercedes 300 and the car was brought to the hotel and it was very clean. We dealt with a person named Ahmed Khaled of Egyptian nationality and he was the height of politeness and ethics. We asked the company to send someone to the hotel for the purpose of receiving the car and taking us to the airport. It was a good rental experience and all my dealings will be with this company. Luxury Car rental business in Dubai is a wild west with many operators and facilitators usually offering the very same cars. It helps to have a local connection or a long term relationship with a business to secure the best car and rates. Otherwise many businesses offer sub-standard services and cars. I ve been a customer here once and my experience was okay with some minor hiccups in communication. I was picking up on Friday and they failed to notify me that they are closed so I had a wasted afternoon. They delivered the car and rental agreement to the hotel which is very convenient with contact mainly through whatsapp. First Mercedes G63 they sent had bad cigarette smell but they sent another, cleaner G63. The rate was negotiated and reasonable. The Ferrari 458 delivered to hotel had some warning lights on and was in poor condition with seat leather ripped, hole in rear bumper and cosmetic damage in several parts of the car. However, they negotiated a lower rate as it was the only car available on the day to make it work. Comprehensive insurance was included with excess payable in case of accident. I will encourage renters to always check the rental agreement and insurance documents before agreeing on renting the car to be safe. The cars were returned and no issues afterwards. I will recommend them but encourage you to check everything to your satisfaction.

The worst office for divorce is that they care about money over the clients satisfaction, and I rented a J-class to a client who made a lot of movies so that I could have a day left, and in the end the car turned off and they excused me that it was ruined and old, and in 5 minutes the men came to me and took the car and changed the car and locked it in the mall and I am with my family, and it is fair and true that they are in your hand.
