Very terrible service! And a successful realtor! There are all correspondences with them. They spend 5 hours checking the apartment at the end, and then they take money for their own dirty mattress! So many apartments were booked in Dubai, this is the worst! We do not recommend it to anyone!

when they gave me the key I told them be careful the parquet floor is more fragile They told me its nothing, its a fault from the manufacturer I trusted because they seemed honest today they tell me we charge you 1000 aed to change the flooring even if you told us that it was already like that when you arrived I am a very meticulous person and made the apartment cleaner than what it was at the beginning because I repaired at my own expense the defects that bothered me here is the photo of the defect in the apartment that they sent me to take the 1000 aed from me really pay attention to yourself because this is the first time in 4 years that I have lost a deposit I am extremely careful about everything but I made the mistake of trusting them at the beginning when they told me these are defects linked to the manufacturer we do not will never be able to repair them, and even less will a tenant who has nothing to do with them pay for them Oten appartement 501 ( it belongs to one of their major clients and takes the opportunity to bill the client for the promoters faults to keep this client )

attention attention attention they just stole my deposit for defects present in the apartment and which I mentioned before taking it for example the apartment above leaked and the kitchen ceiling fell, of course the building maintenance came and asked for permission to change the ceiling, today they are charging me for it for no reason video in lappelle its an organized mafia they went into pipes that you have no knowledge of to take the deposit I have been renting in Dubai for 4 years and I have never seen this This is the pictures that they send me

It is a scam and they are not only thief s but have the worst customer service ever. They took a one bedroom luxury apartment in Mina Azizi and rented it out for 200 AED a night. They did not deliver on their contractual agreement not only that, when we took our keys back they did not settle the du bill which was under their name. When we called them to explain, the rude unprofessional woman who has the company mobile lied and said we were screaming, she closed the phone on our face and refused to pick up. We had to go all the way to their office only to be told that someone will come see us in 30mins. She asked why we didn t clear the bills. I am taking them to the courts for their unprofessionalism and the fraud that they are. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. If you are a home owner do not give them your property.

A very decent agency with an adequate pricing policy. We needed to find an inexpensive apartment in a more or less quiet area for a year and a half - we did a good job. The apartment has two rooms plus a kitchen, Wi-Fi TV and other equipment included, a playground and shops nearby - for a couple with a three-year-old child the most suitable option. Thank you.

I have been staying at their place in Damac Celestia A in Dubai South and tbh they have the worst service in every manner. Be it their attitude or the way they talk to you. I was sick for a week and for the whole time I was deprived of no gas to cook and even the microwave was not working I kept reporting and they kept giving me excuses I had to suffer my illness in hunger and I did mention their team to get this fixed as soon as possible They would be late in updating the building management about the guest status or whatever and more than 3/4 time my brother and I had to face such an embarrassment that the building management told us we havent paid the bill when it was like the mid of the month and we paid on the start and then we all went out home country on Eid holidays and for most of the month we were just not even here and then we face this And the gas issue wasnt the first time it happened earlier and their team mate asked us to pay them the unpaid deposit which was paid months ago even before I moved so that we can book this place Honestly my whole experience was so bad and unpleasant and something that was a mental and physical torture I would never suggest anyone to book a place from these people And now they are not paying me back my deposit 1000 AED they had a crack in the washing machine and I showed it to their worker who got my checkin and now theyre all denying it please dont stay with these jerks

Im currently having an amazing stay with Mira Holiday Homes, I spent my birthday celebration here. The apartments are well-maintained and the furniture is amazing. The metro station is a few blocks away, with amazing restaurants, close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Id like to thank Guljemal, Gulam, Jerson, and the rest of their team for making sure my requests and concerns are always addressed and resolved. Stayed at their apartment for several nights, had an amazing experience. The apartment is completely new and very nicely renovated large beds, comfortable mattresses, a beautiful and well-lit bathroom, new kitchen, new windows, quiet. Everything was just perfect! All stuff was very nice. We highly recommend this service.

Many thanks, we ve had a great stay again, the apartment was perfect .huge and very comfortable bed, lovely and clean place, great service from all you guys, and in the perfect location for us. I would add though that using tiny cheap tissues and cheap toilet paper were not good (just our feedback). Plus having more hangers would be appreciated, as although we only stayed 4 nights here, we re en route to other places and so had more clothes that needed hanging. But generally, it s a really great place for us to stay (and thank you for allowing us to check-out last night) See you on our next visit
