Terrible Experience with Maintenance team. I had the misfortune of working with this maintenance team, and I can confidently say it was a disaster from start to finish. This team is absolutely third class zero professionalism and a complete lack of basic customer service skills. From the very beginning, they showed no interest in listening to my issues. Each time I called, I felt like I was talking to a wall. They made no effort to understand my concerns, and when they did show up, the work wasnt even checked properly or completely shoddy. It s clear they have no regard for quality or customer satisfaction. Communication was nonexistent, and their excuses were laughable. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your time and money look elsewhere!

Dealing with Mr. Rajesh at Makeen Properties was a nightmare. He was rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. Stay away! ac servicing staff is sooooo bad very very bad

Avoid Makeen Properties at all costs! Their AC servicing is atrocious. Here s what I experienced: Clueless Technicians: Completely unprofessional and incompetent. Horrible Communication: It took over three days to respond, full of excuses. Incomplete Job: They didn t even finish the job properly. My AC broke down the next day. No Follow-Up: They ignored all my calls and complaints. Rip-Off: Outrageously overpriced for terrible service. It was the worst AC servicing ever. Don t waste your time or money with Makeen Properties!

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Makeen Properties for my AC maintenance service. Despite high expectations, the service provided was far from satisfactory. I did the contract for 1 year with them but after getting the money they changed their mindset and did not provide any service. I called them so many times. Here are the key issues I faced: Unprofessional Staff: The technicians arrived late.. Their lack of professionalism was evident from the start, and it only got worse as the service continued. Poor Communication: There was a significant lack of communication throughout the process. I was not informed about the details of the work being done, and any questions I had were met with vague or dismissive responses. Incomplete Service: The maintenance was not thorough. Important aspects of the AC unit were either overlooked or ignored. This resulted in the AC breaking down again just a few days after the service, necessitating another repair. Messy Work: The technicians did not clean up after themselves. They left debris and dirt around the work area, which I had to clean up myself. Overall, my experience with Makeen Properties was extremely unsatisfactory. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and professional AC maintenance.
