Fake. In the beginning, the agent RIZWAN asked me to give him a review. He sent me a link and checked if I had written the review or not. It was strange, but I still gave a good review after completing the rental process (DEWA, Ejari). However, I mentioned to him that there were issues we wouldnt be responsible for if they werent fixed. He arranged to fix some of them, but for others, the answer was simply not possible. After one year when it came to the handover, he didn t acknowledge anything he had agreed to in the beginning and charged for everything that was wrong with the apartment, even though he knew about these issues from the start. I even tried to communicate with the agency leader, Mr. Zawar, but he shouted at me, despite I am lady or not and didn t want to listen to anything. This is how they really treated. They even said, Go to the Dubai Land Department; you don t have anything to prove. Of course, they knew I simply trusted them in the beginning, and he didn t mention that I needed to keep records or send emails. As a result, I have nothing to prove my case. The conflict after the handover lasted for three months: I was alone explaning the things to these 2 peole and owner it was a disaster. In the end I only got half of my deposit back. If you look at the receipt they provided, the rates are ridiculously high for things I didn t even do to the apartment. And tehre is TAX on recept, without TAX invoice. I explained to owner ads well the situation. But still I was helpless...(the msg. from owner uploaded, seems he is also disappointed). That s the truth, whether you believe it or not. Vey bad experience with ZAWAR and RIZWAN. Now I need to search my review which I gave them the last year and delet it. I am sure most of you guys had the same: when they ask you to give review right after renting you apartment, instead of asking it after completeing contract. Beacuse tehy don`t really care you, they care only their reputaion.

Totally disappointing experience. The agent Ubaid put us in a very unpleasant situation by intentionally offering an apartment which we cannot use in an intended way. To be more precise we neither can move in to an apartment nor terminate the signed contract without losing the money. Worst experience having rented Flat with this Agent (Enlighten). They are fully corrupts when it comes to leaving the flat. As per owner, Enlighten (Mr. Zawar owner of company) is taking taking care of maintenance and responsible for deposit back but you will never got your deposit back or proper invoices for what they done in Flat. I was keep asking him to send me invoices for 2 months now and he never even reply my msg. Though he cut the 5% Vat also for invoices. Very much corrupts agent I have ever dealt with and God will make you guys spend 10 times more than that... . I will not even give 1 Star to them...
