This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Especially one lady named Cherry she didn t reply and was not honest in her dealings. When I called someone from the company to complain, they hung up on me. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I can t recommend the agent Asif Khan , who did not show up to the viewing , did not had photos from the pool for me and also was unfriendly on WhatsApp ! It s super unprofessional and unprepared. And then in the end he wants 5K commission for that ! Unbelievable!

Many thanks to Mr. Tarun Kumar, and his professional approach in finding my apartment. A great follow up he did with the landlords until my contract is signed. Most important thing is I believe the eligibility to reach. Whenever I called or texted, I got my response within no more than 5 minutes. This is impossible nowadays with other brokers or real estate agents in Dubai. He is superfast. A polite and very sensitive broker at his job. Highly recommend.

After communicating with Cherry we agreed to meet at the villa at 10am. I ask multiple times for the villa number. Sent multiple message and called for an update, with no response. This is very unprofessional and a waste of mine and my family time.

I recently bought a property via Cherry and Ijaz and Bits Real Estate. They were extremely professional through out the process and were able to hunt down several options for me. They also had specialist knowledge in the community areas that I had shortlisted and eventually were able to find me a better than market deal which I ended up closing with them. Subsequent to the property purchase, they continued to follow up with me for any support that I needed with the developer, maintenance etc which was very kind of them. Overall a great experience and I would be happy recommending them.
