I book 1bhk for 10days ms Nadine this madam when I book flat that time she was very nice after a week I requested for extend for 2 days or days like 2 3 times very time she increased ok agree according to market finally I vacate this flat called bingatti avenue from jadaf .. she said like I have to vacate on 11 clock sharp I said ok for bags and I have 2 kids to it s delayed for 10 to 15 mins so drama starts here I called her I asked her to return my deposit she said ok after Inspection she will return I reach there office she din come to meet me she sent one he told after 48 hrs he will return .. next day they deduct my deposit money coz of 15 mins delay of vacate .. highly unprofessional un acceptable .. regarding this I open a case in holiday homes as well b genuine always small ya big money .. money is money .. not at all recommended even flat cleaning also they will charge 300 aed in big big hotels they wil charge only for stay and they will give. Grace hr also when comes vacate ..

Sara made me discovered Dubai Hills, a hidden gem in Dubai, far from the air and noise pollution of the center city, with little communities, green surroundings and amazing facilities. I bought a T2 apartment at Collective on the ground floor with a great Terrace viewing a beautiful swimming pool. Since then, I am having an amazing time home, and would always remain grateful to her, Ben and the whole Nexus team that have negotiated a very interesting purchase price for me, they have guided me and supported me during the whole process of purchasing despite all my silly questions. Dear readers of this review, Me and my wife lived in Abu Dhabi for 7 years and for various reasons we decided to move to Dubai. We came back to UAE from a 2,5 months travel in Asia and with 30 cubic meter household stored in Abu Dhabi, we had no choice but to check in at a hotel whilst looking for an apartment. After scouting around we decided that Dubai Marina is where we wanted to live, and then the real hard work to find the right apartment started............ It was frustrating to browse websites, clicking we are interested and driving to what looked like amazing apartments on the websites, just to find out that pictures and reality is far, far from the same........... However, after two weeks looking at 15+ apartments with 10+ different brokers, we repeatedly circled back to Silverene Tower, which attracted us with it s well-maintained building, professional staff and high standard apartments. The problem was to find the type of apartment in Silverene Tower that we were looking for, and all brokers said it s none available. However, when we clicked we are interested on one apartment elsewhere, Alex Dickson from Nexus Point Real Estate, replied and asked what we were looking for. I said that ideally, we re looking for a specific type of apartment in Silverene Tower, but it seems impossible......... Alex asked if he could come back to us after checking what s available, and he truly came back with an impressive proposal!!! He told us that he has arranged for us to see 5 apartments of our type in Silverene Tower between 5 pm and 7 pm the next day!!! So, going from none-available, this amazing young guy manage to arrange for us to see 5 apartments in one shot and believe it or not, we actually found one of them to be our dream apartment!!! The story doesn t end there, Alex also helped us fixing the EJARI, DEWA and INTERNET by physically going with us to get everything registered, which all other brokers said we must fix ourselves!!! He also handled the practicality with papers and keys etc. personally at our doorstep!!! I had the worst experience with Agent Choukri Anis (RL317 ) today. The ad in Property Finder shows Superagent - which is completely the opposite! I Called with a simple question to know the floor of the property for 3,6M - he was super RUDE and ARROGANT and closed the line into my face, after calling back he mumbled something and close the line again! If even the person is on the meeting or something, or agent is busy- you simply don t pick up and call back when you are free, not drop the phone call in the middle of conversation. Complete disappointment :one thing that Choukri doesn t have a simple manners, I strongly believe such people shouldn t work to provide the service to the others - 0 etiquette. We will remove this agency from our list with my husband and DON T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ELSE!
