Rana Afifi was the most personal and professional agent. we spoke shortly before new year but realized it was too early too look for a place. while Rana remembered my inquiry and messaged me exactly when it was the time to sign the lease with a perfect offer. we immediately met for a viewing and signed the contract on the spot. Move in: Professional Move out: Rude, unprofessional, disrespectful (taking all your deposit) The above summarizes the experience of me and many other users that I ve read the reviews of. Its ok to work with them, but you have to say goodbye to all your security deposit from day one. Simply consider your security deposit as a rental cost from day one, and not because they have the right to take it, but because they will make up surreal excuses and take all your deposit. On top of that, they are rude, disrespectful, ignorant. I understand you have to deal with these guys if the unit you want to rent is with them from the landlord, but if you have the option, make sure you go to other real estate companies, even if it means you go for another unit or even a higher price.

Horrible experience, staff are not professional and rude Although they got their commission, which is quite high compared to the market price, Even though a problem with DEWA popped up, and it s their job to fix it, no body actually give any attention to the issue after they got paid. The very unprofessional office manager who I asked to talk to, despite she didn t have any idea about the dewa issue, which was there for 3 days, she was also very rude, and her solution was I have to fix it my self, she also rejected my request to speak to the manager, claiming the he s travelling. A super unpleasant experience

Dont slander other people writing fake comments for you when its completely true. I have all the contracts and documents to rent the apartment : Studio One Tower/ Dubai Marina - Apt 1211. By some reason but now my husband cant write reviews on their site no more. But i will do . I end the contract on December 23, 2021 after going through a lot of difficulties from the environment company. gender. i had a call at 11am to them to confirm the completion of the move out. they said it was done by 9am. but not!! They are complete lies and liars. The buildings security guard prevented me from moving my belongings out of the apartment because I didnt have a moving permit. They confirmed that there was no email from anyone. I had to keep calling them. answering the phone is a terrible woman, impolite and not properly educated. she yelled into the phone, even yelled at the customer and then ended the call. only then did they start sending email notifications to the building side. unprofessional and horribly awful. until today, 2 weeks after the end of the contract, they still havent returned my deposit. I contacted this brokerage company and they gave me another womans contact number with the introduction as the landlords assistant who would refund my deposit. She promises a lot. sure tomorrow and then again tomorrow. keep repeating. and now her phone number is not reachable. whatsapp also cant text. my god!! What game are they playing? why not pay my deposit after 1 week as promised. So far its been 2 weeks, they find all kinds of excuses to avoid pushing responsibility. too bad. too time consuming and stressful. If they dont return my deposit, I will take them to court. swear to god! Why in a modern country like Dubai, there exists such a horrible company. stay away from them! You will waste time and money only to receive bad treatment in return.

One of the worst brokers in Dubai. They try to make money from you when you end the contract. Not being on time, not paying what they owe you, making it difficult to leave, not agreeing on the price of the house. And the worst is not respecting customers, they are ready to have vulgar words on the phone, or interrupt the conversation, rude attitude to customers, wasting time and money while I Used the apartment for 2 years. They are willing to treat you badly when you end the contract. I had to pay an extra amount of DHS 3000 which was not in the contract condition or else they would make it difficult to leave while they didnt want to deal with my deposit when signing the contract explicitly clear. Horrible and bad!!! Customers are the ones who lose money for respect and good service, not for abuse and insolence. Do not do any dealings with this company. What a lousy experience!!! I think they dont even deserve a one-star rating.

Worst real estate company ever, they will be nice with you at the time of signing the contract and then you will see them for real . I requested maintenance they delayed it by 11 months because landlord didn t agree. I chose not to renew the contract, I handed them the apartment before the final date in best condition, however they are still holding the security deposit, after following up with them multiple times and last thing they asked me to directly contact the landlord despite I never contacted the landlord and he is not in the country. Why would I contact the landlord ? then why did I pay 5% commissions ? Solving this kind of issues is the only reason why real estate companies are existed!! But I think in their case they are existed to take the commissions only.

Avoid this agency at all costs! They are unprofessional, rude and money hungry! I unfortunately was forced to deal with this agency when my landlord signed with them even though I had initially signed my tenancy contract with a different agency who were most helpful. This particular agency use their partner maintenance company to unfairly deduct from your security deposit for works that are not the tenants responsibility. When you call to discuss any matters with them, you will be yelled at and spoken to with aggression. My wife had to put the phone on the floor so that she could speak without being spoken over or yelled at. Just do yourself a favour and look for an alternate agent so you can avoid the headache and rent a property in peace.

I have the exact same case as one of the other reviews. My landlord sold the apartment to a new investor and subsequently the agency got transferred to Your place and its was like a nightmare. Both the landlord and this agency our here to make our lives miserable. I generally dont write reviews but in this case it s important that other people can take advantage from this experience. For starters, as highlighted by several people the owner/ CFO is extremely rude. We pay them agency fees to deal with their rude behavior. I could not believe that somebody could speak to me like this and was taken aback by their sheer insensitivity (I understand they are here to do business but...) They change contract terms as per their whims and fancies and zero assistance in renewals or rent reductions when clearly property prices have fallen by 15%- 20% (we all know). You can expect zero % support with any furniture issue and will always try and find loop holes in contracts to make excuses. Lastly, i had no choice but to vacate the apartment where i lived for 3 long years. When i was vacating the apartment the agency/ landlord was to give an inspection report within 2 days (say 10th june ) as per as there own email handover procedure which they clearly dint. Instead till 40 days later ( say 19th july) there was no news . Whenever i checked with agency they said they are not aware of what is happening and i need to speak directly with landlord, who is reacheably only via email address. After 40 days i get an email from landlord for all the repairs that he did, which includes normal wear and tear, which is the landlords responsibility and decucted 1600 aed from my deposit. Guess what guys? Who is the repair bill from? No prices for guessing .. the invoice is in the letter head of your place and surprise suprise its dated 23 June which means all repairs were already done on 23 June without giving me an option to object/inspect or do it myself.And when i was following up with then during this period they said thts the landlords guy is looking after it and they are not involved... can you imagine paying Aed 150 for changing a bulb ... like seriously Any ways i am in a happy place now ... all is well tht ends well :).. P.S i think google should also hv a zero rating

I came across Your Place Real Estate Broker by coincidence 4 years ago and Ive been working with them ever since. The team is highly approachable and empathetic they deal with every project or query with a high level of professionalism making sure the service and delivery meet your requirements. It doesnt stop there, the constant check-ins to make sure all is going well is quite reassuring and admirable since many companies only get in touch and show a higher level of interest at the time of initiation of the relationship or renewal... Thats not the case with these guys. As a matter of fact, Ive become good friends with the CEO himself given his personal involvement in ensuring his customers are satisfied. Hes regularly on the phone checking on you and your family and passes by to say hello whenever hes in your neighbourhood. You feel his the landlord! Your Place Real Estate is the most unprofessional Real Estate broker you could deal with in Dubai. I am writing this review to warn all potential clients who may be cheated by this company. Their service standard is extremely poor, they are irresponsible, do not reply to your calls and messages and will deduct your security deposit after making false excuses. After they have got the money they will ask you to deal with the Landlord directly for everything who stays abroad and does not even speak proper English. Their contract includes dozens of terms and conditions which are not even allowed by RERA rules, and the purpose of these terms is to find excuses so they can deduct your deposit. They charge you a higher amount of house tax than is allowed by RERA which is against the law anyway and will not allow you to register the DEWA and chiller accounts in your name. They handed me a house which did not have working appliances and then they charged us to repair those appliances. I tried to ask the CEO of the company for his help in solving my problems but he refused to help and asked me to contact the Landlord who is a liar and cheat and deducted AED 1340 for absolutely no reason after making false excuses. I would advice all potential tenants to not do business with this company unless you want to suffer from poorest customer service and absolutely unprofessional work ethics.
