Bad experience with their agent Tom Sh. , i d highly advise to avoid dealing with him. At first meeting he introduced himself as the friend of the landlord and not from an agency company. Then denied any flooding of the apartment when he was asked about it , while the owner himself told me about it. Once he received his commission, all his attitude changed with communication. Handed over to me an apartment with bad paint, short circuit in electricity and extremely dirty AC ducts along with low gaz , while he confirmed that all the maintenance was done right before i move in !

Unfortunately Today i had a bad experience with Whits and cos sales man called Hefin Jones , he disrespect me and has used a slang language as ( Mate ) like we know each other for decades, he doesnt want to answer my inquire about the unit that I am interested in like he hides a big secret or he thinks that I want reach the unit through some else !!! May be the Company is good but this person deals with the client as we bigging from him . I will complain also about this person to The DLD and add all the conversation between us, if I can add in this review I will do it now . Whit and co take my advice a client and be aware from you employer because he take your companys reputation down.

Worst agency experience I had in Dubai. Assistance is close to zero. They have an extra service package to manage for you move in/ move out, dewa and etc, where they charge close to 3k, and if you don t hire, they don t even guide you on what to do.

I was in contact with Justyna for an apartment which I did not follow up on. She contacted me again a few weeks later to offer me one that completely met my criteria. We moved forward together to find the best compromise. She told me on Friday that my offer had been accepted by the owner and on Saturday she sent me the completed contract. We had planned to meet today to finalize so I had all the checks ready. and last night she wrote to me to tell me that a better offer had been made and therefore that the person was going to come and deposit the checks today. I was very disappointed with this behavior and this way of doing things which is not at all professional. Knowing that she had confirmed everything to me, I gave my notice in my current apartment. She was responsive and I felt she meant well but what was done to me in the end was not nice at all. Thank your in advance for your understanding. Regards

In my interaction with White and Co agents they acted unethical and out of good faith. I was leased a house BY DEAN that was on the market for sale, I was CONVENIENTLY not given this information, paid more than 10k in real-estate fees only to recieve an eviction notice literally not even a month into my contract. Had I known, I would have either made a different decision, or secured my rights for renewal for at least two years given the cost and hassle of finding an apartment and moving, for which we incurred another 15k in costs. Also, on a less improtant note, I called to speak to their management and the receptionist disconnected my line and now no one is picking up the phone. The handover of the house also was not smooth, even though white and co were doing the property management. Cleaning not done thoroghly, I did not recieve access cards and had to go through the hassle of ordering them online, the sink was leaking, the ac was not working ... Overall horrible experience other than unethical behaviour

After 20 years in Dubai and extensive dealings with numerous real estate agencies, I ve never encountered such a shocking level of unprofessionalism as I have with White & Co. Its been two months since we moved into our new apartment, facilitated by this agency, and we are still being repeatedly contacted by their finance department and agent claiming that the commission payment hasn t been made. The agent we originally dealt with for the lease confirmed over 60 days ago that the payment had gone through, after which the lease agreement was finalized. This is entirely White & Cos mistake, yet they continue to disturb us with repeated calls four just this morning from their finance department about their own error. Their incompetence and lack of basic professionalism are glaring. If you value professional service, I strongly advise avoiding this agency.

Josie is one of the best agents I engaged when looking for property in Dubai and believe me I engaged dozens Although Josie is focussed in Al Fujan, my first engagement was actually for Marina Bay where Josie introduced me to a number of her colleagues. I didnt end up renting with Josie but she was amazing, meeting me several times and with very little notice, communicating at every step. Extremely terrible Property Management experience. Their Team is literally not capable enough to protect Landlords interest. I felt like, I have just hired coordinator via whom I am routing messages and nothing else. Surely, Ill not return, Ill not recommend either. In response to White and White Co feedback: Against move-out inspection, I received list of defects. Initially as per them, all fall under tenant responsibility and when tenant resisted, they backed-off and took shelter below the contract clause that says nornal wear and tear doesnt fall under tenants responsibility. Can you imagine, they couldnt even defend 1) Paint 2) Broken Flush Seat 3) Damaged Main Door. With (silly) argument that cause might be structural defect, they started to convince me that how broken marble could fall under normal wear and tear. On paint, I asked, why paint doesnt fall under tenant responsibility specially when there are visible drill holes all around the house; they referred me to RERA/DLD clause and never shared written reference to the same (despite of my multiple reminders).

I had an extremely pleasant experience working with Daniel who helped us to find a tenant for our villa in Damac Hills. In a short span of 7 days Daniel managed to find the right client profile in terms of what we were looking for and the right home the tenant was looking for. If you are new in Dubai, be aware! I wish someone had told me a few things. Check the prices in the area you want to move in, and DO NOT solely trust the agent! We are being overcharged by far, which feels like a big scam, it is not fair at all. Poor information about all the charges (according to the rent amount). On top of the agent commission, which is fairly high for the provided job, you can pay an extra package to get help with Ejari reg. and Dewa reg. To be honest, anyone can do this themselves, not difficult at all! They also say that they provide you with move in permit, the landlord/community center helps you with that. I feel this is milking even more money from new incomers in the country. Stepping back now, I would take longer time to check information myself and asked around more. I thought paying an agent would be valuable to get all the needed info and defo get a fair price on a rental property. Very disappointing though the agent was pleasant enough (1 xtra star for the realtor) I feel that it is all about getting money, getting contract signed, the pressure is on.

My experience with White and Co. has been a roller coaster, with both highs and lows. Initially, I inquired about properties with Marcus, and then I was handed over to Alice for administrative procedures. At some point, David entered the picture. Among the three agents, David stood out as the most helpful and supportive. Remarkably, he even offered to drive me to see another property that wasnt listed with their company, which I found commendable. After I confirmed my purchase, David took charge, coordinating everything, answering all my questions, and facilitating the entire process. Its important to note that David wasnt earning any commission from this transaction. If you re looking for a reliable agent, I highly recommend David. On the flip side, my experience with Alice Martin was less satisfactory. Before the handover, she was responsive and helped facilitate the process. However, once the handover occurred, she became unresponsive until I pushed for answers. Additionally, I discovered today that the property was not handed over properly, resulting in a total mess. The previous owner and I had to handle the past bills payments ourselves, which should have been the agents responsibility.

My experience with White and Co was extremely disappointing due to significant issues in communication, diligence, and coordination from the concerned person in the conveyancing team. Despite my multiple attempts to communicate and organize the managers cheque in advance, the responses were often inadequate and only occurred after escalating to a manager. The seller s claims about applying for the NOC were conveyed without verification, and my requests for the sellers title deed were denied, even when it was clear I needed it for drafting a POA. There was a complete lack of contingency planning, leading to last-minute scrambling to arrange a POA, and poor coordination further exacerbated the stress. Critical information about the transfer process was not communicated in advance, and even after the transfer, obtaining payment receipts and an inventory took nearly three weeks and required multiple follow-ups. This overall lack of foresight, transparency, and responsibility made the process far more stressful than necessary. Never dealing with this agency again!

Regrettably, my experience with this agency was not as expected. The agent assured me that specific work outlined in the tenancy contract would be completed before my move-in date and emphasized my satisfaction as a priority. Despite these assurances, the agreed-upon work was not fulfilled to the levels promised. The work was meant to be completed by another agency managing the property. Looking back, I realize I should have insisted on a more formal guarantee or a specific clause stating that if the work wasn t completed to certain standards, I would not have to move in. While I trusted in the agents expertise and goodwill, it is disappointing that these assurances were not upheld. Proper advice during the drafting of the contract would have been beneficial. Moreover, there was no clarity on the commission unless agreed otherwise. The agency took their commission simply because the contract was signed, without considering the incomplete work and my dissatisfaction. This experience fell short of my expectations and was disheartening.

Worst company to deal with in my experience and its a pity how poor their service is. Having been in Dubai for over 15 years I never had any issues or struggles in renting or owning the properties. Their agent/ managers abandon you after receiving the payment cheques without proper handover. They dismiss your requests and do not respond. If you have to work with them ensure all your requests are fulfilled before making their payment. David Eaton was our agent and he was very accommodating and understanding that we can only meet him late at night cause of work timings but he made us feel very comfortable and understands our situation. The moment you know you have to move you open up your life to hundreds of agents messaging at all hours, not showing up for viewings, using listings as click bait to get your phone number and then upselling you to try to get a bigger commission. Georgia, from the moment we first had contact, held our hand throughout every step of our move. We had been evicted from a home and community we really loved and she worked tirelessly, going above and beyond, to find us a new home where my husband, my two girls and I would feel settled.
