Best company ever.starting from the hospitality, honesty, and reasonable prices. I and my husband bought our villa through Valorem Real Estate, where they made our dream true by providing us our dream house with all the features we asked for. Moreover, they really pay attention to the smallest details which I really liked.I can just say that this company makes everything easy. Highly recommend.

I can highly recommend Miss Yara Shaarawy for buying a project from Dubai as a foreigner.She is very well informed about the projects and the law in Dubai and her consulting was very honest.Her priority was to make sure , I as customer make the best deal .I would give her also 100 stars , if it would be possible on google :) It was fun working with her and she was 24/7 available for me .Thank you a lot

I had a viewing this morning with an agent called George West. Agents are not easy here in Dubai but this guy... uufff... never seen this before. 5 minutes before the meeting time he sent me a message asking if I will be long.... I took the lift from the parking and I crossed him... he was leaving my god!!!! No respect for the client. Well I made him come back. I was supposed to visit an apartment in TIARA on the top floors with a view. This guy took me to the 1st floor with a parking view... Do you agents think we have time to waste with your stupid behaviors?? Who can be so stupid to think that a parking view can be an alternative to a sea view??? Very poor intelligence.

I would like to share the remarkable experience I had with Valorem Real Estate, and a big shout out to Aisha who assisted me from A-Z! She is very genuine and she works from her heart. She understood what I needed and she did an extra mile in meeting my expectations. It was indeed beyond satisfaction, I am very particular with reviews, before dealing with real estates I usually check the current reviews, and this real estate has a high ratings. Well, I experienced it first hand and I could not agree more! Aisha gave me the best unit in JVC perfect for my family, without breaking my budget as she gave me very flexible options. I am a client with Valorem Real Estate Brokers LLC, having got my rental unit through their executive - Mr. Sunil. Sunil was very helpful in showing us some really good units in JVC, in line with our requirements and budget. He was also really helpful after we decided on the unit, in getting approvals from the owners and in the entire process. In fact, even helped us after we moved in with some maintenance work.
