The Stone House Real Estate staff that we dealt with were untrustworthy and deceptive. Stone House represents the landlord we leased from at Marina Gate in Dubai Marina. They included air conditioning costs for our lease term, then cancelled it a month after we signed the lease, then attempted to trick us into moving out (within 30 days) after a year of leasing, then illegally evicted us from the property, stating the owner was moving in. After we moved out, they listed the property and rented it to someone (not the owner or his relative) for almost double the price we paid. We successfully sued the landlord for damages. Even so, it was not worth the headaches they caused us. Avoid Stone House Real Estate.

While trying to find a place for me since I am new in Dubai, I came across a glat on a platform and luckily I contacted Mr. Naqash Danish who surprisingly replied in like 10 seconds (which didn t happen with any other agent before). Made buying our new house such a breeze. Special appreciation and Thanks to Burhan who was quite professional and personal and never made us uncomfortable and very involved in every step of the way. Burhan explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage team. The best real estate company I have ever dealt with. I was in fact new to Dubai and approaching a property sounded Greek and Latin to me. Fortunately, I came across Burhan from stone House and later Samir from the same team through my friend who strongly recommended me to meet them. He had recently purchased a property with them and heard a lot about the bond he developed beyond being the consultant to the property. I was fortunate to meet them just to get a general idea about properties in Dubai for the first day and ended up purchasing a property the next day. Not that I was crazy but the approach, the clarity and the support I received before hand and later. Now I am really happy I went forward and truly believe was because of the support, guidance and total peace of mind in marking my first ever investment in life.

Rented a 2 bedroom apartment with these guys in The Greens. The agent did offer a good deal and promised to make sure all the maintenance work will be done prior to move-in. I tried to sync with agent to inspect the apartment prior to move-in but he had other meetings to attend to. Anyhow on move-in day I called multiple times to make sure if move-in permit was requested and ready, I was assured everything was sorted but when I came with movers; security stopped us and informed the move-in request was never submitted. Had to wait for 45 mins+ with team to get the request approved. Finally when I came to the apartment it had lots of pending issues like damaged tiles, damaged doors with damaged lock, some drill marks, drawers not working properly and above all one of the AC wasnt cooling or working properly. When I got it checked maintenance team I was there were some blockage and missing parts; on mentioning this to agent I got the response that the pervious owner never complained about it. Anyhow they did send their team for inspection, the team identified the same issue. I paid around AED 800 for getting it fixed asap; cus the agent wasnt sure enough on how long the landlord will take to approve the maintenance cost. Its been a month and Im still chasing to get my money back. Meanwhile my family had to stay at my friends place for almost a week. I guess I trusted the agent and cleared the commission before moving-in. I believe thats whats valuable not the customer satisfaction at all. Im still waiting on a lots of critical issues to be sorted.

If you are looking for someone to comfort you with the full process from finding something that suits you till handover, I would recommend to get in touch with this company. Not only have they provided me with everything I need for my first ever purchase, they have become more like a family I want to involve myself with for the long run. Dealt with Agent Danish, could not have been more helpful. When I agreed terms, he turned himself inside out to help me with Ejari, Noc, move in, DU, Gas, Dewa.
