Disgraceful! I found an advert and contacted the agent in charge, who sent me to visit the property on my own. The only contact I had was on WhatsApp and the agent didnt come to the property, as the flats werent locked, and then I was asked to pay 3500aed in fees or 4000aed if I wanted her to negotiate the rent with the owner! Now thats what I call theft! These practices must be condemned!

Do not work with realtors from this company! I agreed to view the apartment at an attractive price, I specially came across the city and 20 minutes before the meeting, when I was already there, they wrote that the property was no longer available and that there was another one for the same price. And they offered me a much worse house at the market price. In this way they lure you, and then when you have already spent your time and arrived at the meeting, they expect that they can already slip you the usual option. This is an unprofessional approach and disrespect for customers! Realtor name - Ahmed Majed

I was in the unknown, the procedures, what project, the budget Finding someone to help you hasnt been easy, there are a lot of them but you have to find the right person! I met Mr Ayoub during my stay in 2021, I was in contact with him for 1 year he explained the procedures to me, found me a good project, and there I signed my first apartment this November 2022 . Mr Ayoub is a very professional person, attentive to your needs and very patient, he has always been there in case of doubt or simple question. He helped me a lot!
