McCone and specifically Christiian were the agents for my landlord for a flat I have rented in Dubai Marina. Christiian was excellent. Always on topic. Always on time. Very clear about the rental conditions in Dubai and the steps necessary to formalize it, make payment, etc. McCone seems to be supporting Christian well. All documentation is archived. All documentation is legalized. And the most important for me - it was exactly according to our time frame so I could move in when I was planning. It is my first flat rental in Dubai. McCone Properties handled our request very professionally, and we dealt with Jack and Teddy to find a home and move into it smoothly. They helped us hanlding all the Ejari, and the move-in permits. Since this was a new house that we moved in, we came across some challenges to find how somethings are working. Both Jack and Teddy were very helpful. If there is one area they could improve on, would be a formal keys handover process. For example, giving us a full set of keys for every door, and make us sign on a paper to indicate what and when we received the full set of keys. Instead, we received 1 key, then we received another 2 weeks later, and we didnt know where the rest of the other doors keys were!! The same story with the access cards to the community, it was a big hassle to find the way to request them, and get them.

As being a regular visitor to Dubai, my wife and I were always looking for a home away from home. I decided to take the plunge and start off by investing in the growing real estate market. I search many real estate brokerage firms in Dubai - some didnt entertain you cause of your $$$ and some didnt even respond back to you but McCone did and I wasnt disappointed. I was connected with Ray who was very professional and knowledgeable from the start. She listened to all our needs and answered all our questions. Being foreign investors (and first timers) we were skeptical but Ray eased our doubts and worries. They even took the time to educate us on the real estate landscape (honest perspectives) and showed us around the various sites so we can see it with our own eyes - and not on brochures. At the end of it, we decided to start our journey in Dubai with our first real estate investment. I cant thank Ray enough for the professionalism and hospitality.
