We would like to thank Luxury Escapes Vacation Homes for being responsible, responsive and adequate host, especially to Mr. Normy. We had to relocate during night time due to apartment issues (which didn t depend on the host) and the staff was available even during night time to assist us. They quickly found a solution and helped with next day relocation as well. All phones are easily reachable, staff is welcoming and understanding. The apartments are clean and maintained (we stayed in Discovery Gardens). For minor issues, the team is collaborating. Really recommend!!

I do not recommend this company to anyone. Unfortunately I rented an apartment in Dubai Marina through Luxury Escape Real Estate. The lease term was from 17.04.2023 to 17.04.2024, after the end of the lease the company started to extort money. 1. Tried to take my money for broken doors. The doors were broken initially when I signed the contract. It is good that I captured these breakdowns on video. 2. same situation with broken floor tiles on the balcony. 3. Withholding money for burned out light bulbs. Although all the light bulbs in the apartment were changed by me during the lease. 4. Now they are trying to charge me for an extra day of rent. Even though I moved out of the apartment on the last day of the lease. Summary, totally incompetent employees. After the end of the lease they start extorting money from the deposit. Looking for any excuse not to return the money. According to the contract the deposit is returned on the day the lease ends. Its been over a week. I have now opened a case with the police. Never contact this company if you dont want to lose your money.

The worst experience Ive ever had in Dubai. From booking to stay nothing went right. Payment by card is subject to a 3% charge which they dont tell you about in advance. The response time is very, very long when they do reply. Check-in was hell: they didnt give the right flat number or the right building to security, who refused to let us in. Of course, it was complicated to get hold of someone from the company in the middle of the night despite all the telephone numbers provided. The flat was infested with cockroaches. Despite several reminders, it was complicated to get someone to take our problem into account. After a few days, they carried out a pest control but live cockroaches were still present, even in the cupboards between our clothes. An unpleasant smell was constantly present in the flat. We asked to change flat, but again, they didnt seem concerned by our problems and claimed not to have availability (despite availability on their website) and offered us a studio when we had rented a 1 bedroom. After contacting booking about our various problems, they suddenly offered us a 2 bedroom for the last two nights. It was a 16-night stay... this stay was completely ruined by the lack of responsiveness and actions on their part. Difficult to stay calm and to recommend to book with them.
