Have been to Dubai several times and looked at homes. As a Dane, it is nice to have a Danish estate agent who knows Dubais pitfalls and who is professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the buying process in Dubai. I can definitely recommend Fantastic Frank.

We purchased our villa in November 2023 through Michael, and we are glad that our commission went his way. He is one of the best agents we have dealt with in my time (10 years) in Dubai - knows his stuff (and will go knee deep to find out if he doesn t), earnest and very helpful to both seller and buyer. If we sell our villa in future, we definitely want to deal with him. I have no qualms in recommending him to anyone I know.

An excellent agent, always on time, polite, well-mannered, responsible for his words. He never refuses coffee)) is a reliable person. This is the first agent in a long time who has handled the issue of selling our property efficiently. On his own initiative, he actively advertised the property. During the sale, we probably had 40-50 viewings of apartments and 4-5 offers from buyers. Michael also brought in a photographer to ensure the subject stood out from the rest.

Michael gets our highest recommendation. We are a family of four and he found the perfect home for us. Throughout the process, he has been super professional and has quickly found some really good offers on homes for us. He listened to our wishes and found exactly what we were looking for. He is quick to respond and take action and at the same time is really helpful in relation to things we had to take into account that we hadnt thought of ourselves. Had a wonderful experience working with the agent Michael, who has approached me for the property I have been advertising. He was incredibly polite, professional, honest, responsive. It was unusual to have a deal with the agent polite as myself. He was as well during the viewing very honest, polite to his clients, explaining every details of the process and in what to be cautious (as they were new in UAE., I was overwhelmed from seeing such caring approach to the client from another agent). Same as clients were incredibly polite, easy to talk to. The deal has been closed and everything was so smooth and easy. Definitely keeping his contact for future deals. Best of luck Michael.

I rarely do reviews, but I had a wonderful experience with Michael from Fantastic Frank. I was a first time house seller in Dubai. He took extra time and got a professional photographer to take pictures and made a stunning property portrait out of it that made me think - wow is that really my house, why would I even want to sell But it worked and he sold it, even higher than the listed price, and he managed the whole process personally. So, if you need someone capable and trustworthy and very, very different from the typical Dubai real estate agent, I can warmly recommend him and his team.
