We have had consistently great interactions with the whole team at Exclusive-Links as they assisted us in managing our property and getting it rented. Whether it was leasing concerns, questions about regulations, follow up on maintenance issues with the building management, arranging for snagging, cleaning/inspection or purchasing appliances on our behalf, they have been extremely professional and responsive. Sarah, our amazing Property Manager, and our main go-to person, is both knowledgeable about the Dubai property market and patient with all our questions and requests. Special shout-outs as well to: (1) Rose (Maintenance Coordinator), the go-to person for all maintenance issues. Rose is efficient and thorough in ensuring on the ground that our property is in tiptop condition and well-equipped for rental. (2) Marie (Senior Property Administrator), who prepared our contracts, making sure that comments are taken on board and ensuring we had all the documents needed. Candida was always very thorough, punctual, polite and great to deal with. She knows the area inside out and was able to answer questions on the spot or would come back very promptly. Elena was the agent who helped me from the beginning on my Dubai property search. She was very smart and quick, and she has the ability to understand what you re after and show you only relevant properties. My experience with Exclusive Links has been excellent. I was in a tight bind with a bad airbnb and Karen helped me arrange viewings and get into a monthly rental within our budget range in 1 day. Their customer service and attentiveness is a breath of fresh air in Dubai, as sometimes it feels very impersonal in such a big city. We are in a second unit now (by choice, for a longer stay) and the unit was so clean on arrival. Additionally, if there was a maintenance need here or the other place, their team arrived within the day and fixed it. A far cry from our awful airbnb experience that took days. So I highly recommend and a big thanks to Karen, Zabeel, and Neville.

Edit: update post sale. These people are scammers and liars and I am complaining. Do not trust them. I bought my property strictly under a promise that the tenant intends to vacate the property. I have written evidence of the broker lying to me. The broker Arno and the previous owner both had not contacted the tenant and I got stuck with a property rented below market that I can t move in to. When I found out the broker abandoned the issue and nothing was done. I have lost money because of this lying and scheming, they are the worst of Dubai property market. I paid fees to this brokerage. They knew the laws and did not advise me; instead they manipulated to close a sale! Exclusive Links are highly professional. From the start, Arno Potgieter was fast in responding, informative and supportive. I saw how he balances the needs of the seller, buyer and the tenant with remarkable skill. After the agreement, Saleh Maktabi from sales progression was essential to moving the handover process. He is meticulous with an eye for detail but also warm and supportive. When people buy property, sometimes it s a big decision. I had searched a lot and met many brokers and agencies. But, with the professional support of the team of Exclusive Links, I saw a different approach and it was easier to make a decision to go with them.

Questionable Integrity or Simply Unfortunate Experiences? My experience with this company has left me with doubts about its integrity. Right from the start, when I found a house through this agency, I had concerns about their trustworthiness. After agreeing on a price and just before signing the contract, I was asked to increase it due to a higher offer from someone else, which made me feel pressured and uneasy. Even after signing the contract, I faced more issues. The agent requested the security deposit in cash to expedite the maintenance process, but unfortunately, the promised maintenance never started or finished on time. As a result, I had to reschedule my shipment delivery, incurring additional costs. To my surprise, two months after moving in, the same agent contacted me about the owners intention to sell the house and requested viewing appointments. The agent claimed not to have known about the intention to sell, which raised more questions for me. Adding to my frustration, the same agent managed to sell the house within a year, leading to another move and additional agent fees and logistics costs. All these incidents have left me with a lingering question mark regarding the integrity of the agent or if it was simply a series of unfortunate events. I would advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this company.

Edit 3 (!): this issue started in July now we are end November, in meantime we also have besides the 2k dewa bills that keep coming in a broken dishwasher connection and wall damp coming back. After a long draining back and forth finally they agreed to exchange AC but a wrong unit (partially) got installed which is new but too big. so mid demolishing our apartment the whole procedure got stopped. we get hit with the contractor quoted the wrong unit, we do not have a technical department who couldve told us its wrong so we signed would you really want a company like that managing your apartment and wasting your money?! now we still at square one with even more issues, remaining high bills and every simple email gets dragged out by DAYS. their treatment is beyond frustrating and embarrassing. 2nd Edit: 2 months later issues still not resolved, ongoing 2k dewa bill for a 2bedroom, noise, wall with water damage (which got fixed but damage comes back) and we get told lines like you signed a tenancy contract, so you agreed to state of the apartment by the MD herself. really no words anymore. if you can, please stay away from them. can also not stress enough that positive reviews look very suspicious and increasingly come in after a negative one. literally worst experience ever. from sales to handover and maintenance, nothing aligns with the promises and is far from exclusive. we literally moved in 2 months ago and just now get our AC repaired/cleaned which is btw over 10 years old and should be replaced since it also racked up a over 2k dewa bill for a 2 bedroom apartment in JVC. BLACK MOLD coming out of it, still no rush from exclusive links to fix it. ironically we got told the advantage of going with them is, that there is no delay in maintenance since it is managed by them and not the landlord however now they blame all on the landlords delaying approval (for things that should be done BEFORE you even rent out a unit, the AC has mold and was not cleaned or maintained since very long). the service teams they sent is very never properly briefed about whats the issues, service coordinator remove negative comments from email trails and never adress it. If we wouldnt be stuck with them, we would stay far away EDIT: after this review and further no action we got offered that we terminate the contract. be aware if you rent out with them, you might get a problematic unit where they literally ask people to move out rather than fix the apartment

The worst experience I have ever had with an agent. The problems We had in the Appartment went on for almost two months without any proper resolution - it even got to the point where we had mould in the AC and under our sinks. After escalation, their solution to us was to terminate the contract instead of actually try and solve the long standing issues in the apartment. Shocking customer service, where they use useless, low budget contractors which don t fix the jobs properly. The name exclusive is far from what this company really is. They use the owners/landlords approvals as excuses for work which they haven t completed it where they have slacked off. Please be very weary about the positive comments in the threads, they seemingly appear right after negative comments are posted and always have the same format/style which is questionable. An all around negative experience since the start, the sales person didn t know his facts and gave us wrong information multiple times, the maintenance team is a disaster and never organises completion of jobs, they run low budget contractors to do the work and it turns out sloppy and undone, and they have a management which seems to shy completely away from dealing with issues and rather offer a termination from contract instead. I wouldn t recommend exclusive links to any tenants or landlords wishing to have their properties managed by exclusive links.

Our family is happy to share our experience of working with Elena! We had a very difficult time selling our property on Emaar Beachfront. The deal was complicated by the fact that we had a late payment under the contract with the developer, it became more difficult to transfer money from Russia, and we decided to sell our unit. Extremely disappointing when you call the maintenance manager in exclusive links to complain about the bad service of his reporting maintenance coordinator after 1 year of emailing him to fix what supposed to be done before I get my apartment. And SIMPLY he tells me, If you dont like our service so dont renew for a third year and Leave !!!!! it shows how the company cares about their benefits !

I have rented an apartment in downtown through Exclusive Links since 1.5 years and the maintenance coordinator has given me the worst service a tenant in Dubai can get. The amount of ignorance for my requests is extremely unacceptable, and I am supposed to be living in one of the most luxurious areas in town but with less than 1-star service !!! My advice to you is that If anyone wants to rent through Exclusive Links make sure before you take the apartment to have every maintenance done. Otherwise, be ready for the coming humiliation!

We worked with Hayat Shilcock to buy a house in Victory Height and closed the deal in the summer of 2020; it is not an understatement to say Hayats passion; perseverance and intuition were the key ingredients to the deals success. I have appointed Hayat Shilcock along side other brokers from known agencies to work on the sale of my property in victory heights. It was obvious from the first encounter that Hayat stood out from the crowd in terms of her broad market knowledge, transaction prices, property valuation and her articulation of the sales process from beginning to end. I was approached by a direct buyer and an MOU was signed, after more than two months, I called Hayat again to help me find a suitable buyer as I felt the sales process was falling through, Hayat managed to get me not one but two cash buyers on the second day, one of whom had offered on the spot the full asking price with a deposit cheque in hand. Having a bad a experience from a previous real estate agency and having developed trust issues with this kind of affairs. I have been very doubtful, distrustful and skeptical when dealing with agents and brokers. As we are searching for a new place in JVC thru Property Finder, I came to meet Mr Imran from Exclusive Links who at first I did not like thinking that I would experience yet another unfortunate event like before. But I was proven wrong, he was very professional and knows what he is talking about, all the procedures and protocols were explained to me. They even gave me a good deal. Everything is written in black and white. I think their company is doing a great job, it is very easy to deal with them and they are responsive in their own right. If you dont want headache and looking for a trustworthy real estate brokers, I recommend Exclusive Links!
