Great people and staff willing to help you understand and navigate the current property market. They are always available to talk when you call, quite rare to get a personal touch. I believe they are a small team so they can always take the time to answer your concerns. Good eye for detail in terms of property inspections as well.

We rented a house 3 months ago through 99 Real Estate Brokers LLC. When renting, they told us that they would fix all the problems in the house. However, they did not fix the problems. I cannot cook because of the smell in the kitchen because of the humidity and insects coming into the cupboards. The balcony door does not open. Water is flowing to our downstairs neighbor from the bathroom. They complained to security many times. They do not pay attention to us. I have a little daughter and she goes to school. I have to cook for her every day. What they do is not fair. I will share this comment on all expat pages and complain to RERA with all emails and messages.
